Perhaps the answer is simpler than their editorial board dares to admit: we finally have a president who doesn’t treat the border like a welcome mat for chaos. President Donald Trump has made border security a cornerstone of his administration, and the numbers are starting to show it.

The data speaks for itself. U.S. Customs and Border Protection reported a significant drop in fentanyl seizures in 2025 compared to previous years under the Biden-Harris administration, when the drug poured across the border like water through a sieve. In 2023, CBP seized over 26,000 pounds of fentanyl, a staggering figure that highlighted the crisis. Fast forward to 2025, and the numbers have plummeted, with early reports suggesting a decrease of nearly 40%. Could it be that stronger enforcement, beefed-up border patrols, and a no-nonsense approach to cartels are finally choking off the supply? The WaPo’s “serious thinkers” seem stumped, but conservatives across the country are nodding knowingly.

Many view the outlet as out of touch with reality. The paper’s circulation has indeed tanked, with reports indicating a loss of over $77 million in 2023 alone, as readers abandon ship for sources that don’t tiptoe around the obvious. The Post’s confusion over the fentanyl drop is just the latest example of their disconnect from the priorities of everyday Americans, particularly conservatives who’ve long demanded action on the border crisis.

Trump’s approach has been clear since day one of his second term. “We’re building the wall, and we’re stopping the drugs,” he declared at a rally in Arizona, doubling down on his campaign promise to secure the border. Unlike his predecessor, who seemed content to let Vice President Kamala Harris fumble through word salads about “root causes,” Trump has prioritized tangible results. Increased funding for CBP, advanced surveillance tech, and cooperation with Mexico to target cartel operations have all played a role. “We’re not just catching drugs; we’re stopping them before they even get here,” a senior CBP official stated in a recent briefing.

Of course, the Washington Post isn’t alone in its bewilderment. The left-leaning media has spent years downplaying the border crisis, often framing it as a humanitarian issue rather than a national security threat. Meanwhile, conservatives have consistently pointed to the link between lax border policies and the flood of fentanyl, much of it smuggled by cartels exploiting weak enforcement. The drop in seizures doesn’t mean less vigilance—it means fewer drugs are making it through. For once, the cartels are on the back foot, and the credit goes to a president who’s not afraid to call a spade a spade.

For conservatives, the decline in fentanyl seizures is a rare piece of good news in a world often dominated by doom-and-gloom headlines. It’s a reminder that electing a leader who prioritizes American safety over political correctness can yield results. The Washington Post may be mystified, but to the millions who voted for Trump, the answer is clear: leadership matters. And if the Post can’t figure that out, they might want to check their subscription numbers again, they’re probably still dropping.

(DC Pundit) – Some smugglers just don’t know when to quit, or how not to make a haystack look like a federal crime scene.

In what can only be described as one of the most ridiculous attempts at human smuggling in recent memory, the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office in Texas arrested two individuals last week after discovering 12 illegal aliens hidden inside what appeared to be ordinary hay bales. Apparently, “hide in plain sight” now means “let’s cram them into straw cocoons and roll down the highway.”

The whole thing unraveled in Flatonia, Texas, when deputies conducted what was supposed to be a routine traffic stop on a pickup truck hauling a trailer loaded with hay. But something about those bales didn’t sit right with the officers. Maybe it was the fact that the bales didn’t look heavy enough, or maybe that they were suspiciously tidy for farm work. Or perhaps it was the faint sound of muffled breathing.

Either way, the deputies inspected further and discovered that the bales had been carefully hollowed out and packed with human beings like a bad piñata. According to authorities, twelve people were found stuffed into “dangerously tight spaces” inside the modified hay bales. The individuals had no food, water, or space to move, which doesn’t exactly scream “compassionate border policy.”

The two accused smugglers, 22-year-old Adanaylo Lambert and 25-year-old Lency Delgado Fernandez, were promptly arrested and are now facing both federal and state charges for human smuggling. It’s safe to say their brilliant plan didn’t quite make the cut for “World’s Smartest Criminals.”

“This method of concealment is not only deceptive but incredibly dangerous to human life,” the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement. That’s putting it mildly. We’re talking about a rolling tomb on wheels.

The sheriff’s office also pointed out that “Smugglers continue to use increasingly creative and hazardous techniques to transport individuals across Texas highways.”

Conservatives have long warned about the dangers of unchecked illegal immigration—not just for our country’s security, but for the safety of the migrants themselves. This case proves the point. When you create an environment where lawlessness is tolerated, desperate people get exploited. The smugglers don’t care about their well-being. To them, these human lives are just cargo.

Fortunately, this time, law enforcement was on the ball. But how many of these kinds of runs go unnoticed? How many people are being smuggled in with methods that are even more dangerous—or even deadlier?

Texas has had enough. America has had enough. And with President Trump leading the charge again, maybe—just maybe—we’ll stop seeing hay bales used as human storage units.

In a viral social media post, Terrell reacted to a conservative commentator’s take on Joe Biden’s condition by bluntly asking: “Elder Abuse! Criminal Charges??”

He’s not kidding. Terrell, and plenty of Americans, want to know why an 82-year-old man, now confirmed to have an “aggressive form” of prostate cancer that’s spread to his bones, was being paraded around the country for another grueling presidential campaign. If that’s not abuse, what is?

Medical experts aren’t buying the timing of the diagnosis either. Dr. Shusterman told NewsNation that Biden likely knew he had cancer for 5 to 10 years. So how long have Jill and the Democrats known? And more importantly, how far were they willing to push a clearly ailing man just to cling to power?

According to presidential historian Douglas Brinkley, Jill Biden was the driving force behind her husband’s reelection bid. “She is the vital part,” he said. “She likes power. She wants to stay. She wants some sense of revenge.”

Ah, revenge politics. Nothing says “public service” quite like propping up your declining husband to settle personal scores.

Let’s be clear: if anyone else knowingly pushed an elderly man with advanced cancer into a high-stress job for their own benefit, we’d be talking about arrests. But because it’s the Bidens, we’re supposed to pretend it’s “love”?

Spare us.

What’s happening here doesn’t just reek of political opportunism, it raises real legal questions. Elder abuse is a serious offense, no matter who you are or how many honorary doctorates you’ve collected.

So while Joe Biden battles cancer, the real question is: will Jill Biden face consequences for pushing him past the point of human decency? Or does “Dr.” just stand for “Don’t Question Me”?

Leo Terrell isn’t afraid to ask. Maybe more people should.

Ashli Babbitt’s Family Scores Settlement — For This Staggering Amount

(DC Pundit) – The Department of Justice just agreed to pay a whopping $5 million to the family of Ashli Babbitt, the unarmed Air Force veteran gunned down inside the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.

Judicial Watch, a conservative legal watchdog that’s been defending the Babbitt family for years, brought the wrongful death lawsuit in early 2024. The group alleged that Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd, the officer who shot Babbitt, was a danger behind a badge and never should have had a firearm in the first place, let alone been put in charge of defending lawmakers.

Their lawsuit lays out what can only be described as a rap sheet of incompetence. Byrd reportedly failed to complete his mandatory firearms training, once left his loaded Glock 22 in a Capitol Visitor Center bathroom, and had previously fired his weapon into a vehicle full of teenagers, striking nearby homes in the process. That’s the kind of résumé that gets most people fired or sued—not promoted.

“Lt. Byrd had a reputation among peers for not being a good shot,” the suit notes. And tragically, on January 6, 2021, that reputation turned deadly when Babbitt, who posed no threat and was clearly unarmed, was fatally shot as she attempted to climb through a broken window into the Speaker’s Lobby. There were police officers behind her, none of whom appeared alarmed or took any action against her, because, unlike Byrd, they could clearly see she was not a threat.

Judicial Watch filed the $30 million wrongful death suit on behalf of Babbitt’s estate and her husband, Aaron Babbitt. It claimed the officer was “incompetent” and “dangerous,” and that any reasonable person in that situation would have recognized that Babbitt didn’t pose a lethal threat to anyone inside the building.

On Monday, the U.S. government finally caved, quietly, of course, and agreed to a $5 million settlement. That’s five million dollars to acknowledge, without actually admitting guilt, that maybe shooting an unarmed veteran without warning wasn’t such a great look for Capitol security.

“This won’t bring Ashli back,” one supporter posted online, “but maybe it’s a step to make sure such a callous killing will not take place again in the U.S. Capitol.”

And here’s a point worth clarifying: Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton hasn’t yet issued a public statement on the deal. But one thing is crystal clear, his organization won’t be taking a third of the payout, which is typically standard in cases like this. That alone speaks volumes about Judicial Watch’s motivation here. It was never about the money, it was about justice.

Meanwhile, Lt. Byrd was never charged. In fact, he was praised by Democratic lawmakers and even received fawning media coverage. Funny how the “unarmed Black man shot by police” narrative only matters to the press when it suits their political needs. In Babbitt’s case, she was a white, Trump-supporting veteran, so her death was written off as collateral damage.

The settlement might not bring justice, but it certainly raises some uncomfortable questions, questions Democrats, Capitol Police brass, and the legacy media would rather you never ask.

AOC Issues Ominous Warning: Trump Admin Will ‘Have A Problem’ If More Democrats Are Arrested

(DC Pundit) – Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, also known as the Democratic Party’s self-appointed firebrand from New York, is once again making headlines, this time with a finger-wagging warning to President Donald Trump’s administration following the arrest of several Democrats during a protest at an ICE detention facility in New Jersey.

During a Sunday Instagram rant, because apparently that’s the new Capitol Hill press conference, AOC threatened that the Trump administration would be facing a “problem” if law enforcement dares to arrest more of her fellow Democrats. “You lay a finger on someone… we are going to have a problem,” she declared, sounding more like a frustrated hall monitor than a sitting member of Congress.

The outrage from AOC stems from the recent arrests of Democratic Reps. Bonnie Watson Coleman, Rob Menendez, and LaMonica McIver, as well as Newark Mayor Ras Baraka, at the Delaney Hall detention center. According to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Democrats were part of a crowd that became physically confrontational during their protest visit. ICE officials claimed there was pushing and shoving among the demonstrators, who were supposedly crossing more than just figurative lines.

Naturally, the Democrats denied the accusations, accusing the Trump administration of turning law enforcement into a political weapon. Rep. Watson Coleman didn’t hold back, telling MSNBC, “To take the mayor of the largest city in the state of New Jersey and put him in handcuffs and then take him away… This is not America. This is the sick man’s idea of what he thinks he can do to any one of us.”

Ah yes, the familiar Democratic refrain: laws don’t apply when they’re the ones breaking them.

AOC, never one to miss a chance at hyperbole, claimed the Department of Homeland Security was guilty of “public intimidation” and tried to shift the blame squarely on officials like former ICE Director Tom Homan and DHS Secretary Kristi Noem. “If anyone’s breaking the law in this situation, it’s not members of Congress,” she insisted.

Of course, many would argue that trespassing, interfering with federal operations, and resisting law enforcement might actually qualify as “breaking the law,” even for Democrats. But in AOC’s world, protesting an ICE facility while in office is apparently some kind of sacred rite.

President Trump has made border security and immigration enforcement a top priority, which is why antics like these aren’t being tolerated. When sitting members of Congress get themselves arrested for grandstanding at federal facilities, don’t be surprised if the Justice Department finally decides to stop treating them like celebrities and start treating them like citizens—ones who aren’t above the law.

And while Ocasio-Cortez might think she’s issuing bold ultimatums on behalf of her progressive crew, the rest of the country sees it for what it is: another temper tantrum over the fact that Trump is actually enforcing the law.

Welcome to America under Trump 2.0. If you break the law, whether you’re a protester, a mayor, or member of congress, don’t expect a get-out-of-jail-free card. The rules apply to everyone now.

And judging by the reaction from the left, that might be the real problem.

(DC Pundit) – Remember how we were all told, repeatedly, that election fraud wasn’t happening and that mail-in voting was secure beyond all doubt? Well, someone forgot to send that memo to Vicki Stuart.

Stuart, a 64-year-old former U.S. Postal Service substitute carrier from Mesa County, Colorado, pled guilty on May 5 to identity theft and forgery after admitting to stealing and submitting mail-in ballots during the 2024 presidential election. That’s right, this wasn’t some conspiracy theory. This actually happened.

Working alongside her partner-in-crime, Sally Jane Maxedon, Stuart cooked up a scheme to intercept mail-in ballots before they could reach actual voters. According to court documents, they then forged signatures and submitted the fraudulent ballots to the state, claiming they were just trying to “test” Colorado’s signature verification system. Ah yes, just two concerned citizens running an impromptu integrity audit, by committing felonies.

At least 12 ballots were stolen in total. Of those, three managed to slip through the signature verification process and were counted as legitimate votes. The fraud came to light only after voters began reporting that their ballots had already been counted, despite never receiving them. That’s what you might call a red flag, or as election officials prefer to phrase it: “an anomaly.”

Stuart abused her access as a postal worker to identify mail-in ballots, plucking them from the system before they could be delivered. Maxedon, apparently not one to let an opportunity for voter fraud go to waste, took over from there, filling out the ballots and forging voter signatures with all the precision of a teenager forging a parent’s signature on a bad report card.

If this was a “test,” then congratulations to Colorado’s election system—three forged ballots passed with flying colors.

As part of a plea deal, Stuart will serve no more than nine years in prison, although we all know how that tends to shake out in practice. Given how quickly some in the justice system hand out slaps on the wrist for politically inconvenient crimes, it wouldn’t be a surprise if she’s out before the next ballot drop.

And while some in the media keep insisting that voter fraud is rarer than a unicorn sighting, cases like this tell a different story. Even if this wasn’t a massive, coordinated effort, it still shows just how easy it is for someone with access and intent to compromise an election, especially when ballots are floating through the mail like discount coupons.

Republicans have long warned that universal mail-in voting, especially when combined with poor oversight and weak signature checks, opens the door for fraud. This case proves them right. The only thing more predictable than Stuart’s conviction is the media’s deafening silence about it.

Let’s be honest, if the political roles were reversed here and this fraud had favored Trump, it would be headline news for weeks with round-the-clock pundit panels and dramatic violins playing in the background.

Instead, it’s just another example swept under the rug, chalked up to an “isolated incident.”

Call it what you want, but if we’re supposed to trust our elections, we might want to make sure people like Stuart don’t have the keys to the ballot box.

(DC Pundit) – It’s nice to know that some things never change, like Letitia James’ obsession with Donald Trump. When you’re facing your own real estate fraud allegations, what better way to distract the media and voters than by lobbing another lawsuit against the current president?

On Monday, New York Attorney General Letitia James, who now has her own legal baggage to carry, announced she’s leading a coalition of 20 Democrat-led states in a lawsuit targeting the Trump administration. The reason? Cuts to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). According to Fox News, the suit claims that Trump’s reforms are part of the “most sweeping and unlawful assault on public health” in U.S. history.

James took to the podium with her usual flair for drama, declaring that the Trump administration had broken “hundreds” of laws and endangered “millions of Americans” by proposing a restructuring of HHS. The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court in Rhode Island, demands that the court block the changes and reinstate programs the plaintiffs claim are vital to public health.

According to the complaint, the Trump administration plans to lay off about 20,000 full-time employees—roughly 25% of the department’s workforce—and streamline operations. The states allege these layoffs would save less than 1% of the agency’s budget, proving, in their eyes, that it’s not about money but about “sabotage.”

James thundered, “This administration is not streamlining the federal government; they are sabotaging it.” She added, “These actions are dangerous, cruel and illegal. They defy Congress’s authority and they violate federal law.” And just like that, James was back on her favorite soapbox, pretending to be the last line of defense against tyranny, while ducking questions about her own alleged misconduct.

Now, here’s where things get especially rich.

While James points fingers at Trump for allegedly securing favorable loan terms in New York—a claim that even the judge in that case struggled to pin down—she’s been accused of doing the exact same thing. But with even less ambiguity.

In a letter to the Department of Justice, Federal Housing Finance Agency Director William Pulte flagged some rather eyebrow-raising details about James’ personal finances. Among them: claiming a home in Virginia as her primary residence while serving full-time in New York, misrepresenting a Brooklyn property’s size to qualify for better loans, and even listing her father as her husband on loan documents.

All of these alleged “irregularities” have something in common: they would have resulted in lower interest rates or more favorable mortgage terms. Sound familiar?

But don’t worry, James’ office issued a boilerplate response, insisting she won’t be “intimidated by bullies,” which is rich coming from someone who uses the legal system like a political battering ram.

Meanwhile, back in the courtroom, the 20-state lawsuit against Trump reads like a greatest-hits compilation of liberal grievance. It argues that the president’s cuts to HHS undo “decades of public health progress” and that eliminating bureaucratic bloat is somehow unconstitutional.

Spoiler alert: This has never been about public health. It’s about power, control, and keeping the federal government fat and happy. If Trump had cut funding to something completely useless—say, a taxpayer-funded interpretive dance troupe raising awareness for climate anxiety—you can bet James would still have found a way to sue him.

But let’s not miss the forest for the trees. This latest lawsuit is as much about optics as it is about policy. Letitia James is facing credible allegations that she played fast and loose with the truth on her mortgage paperwork. So, what better way to redirect the media’s attention than launching yet another lawsuit against her favorite political piñata?

This isn’t justice. It’s political theater. And unfortunately for James, the curtain is starting to fall.

According to a former high-ranking federal official, the U.S. government may have burned through $21 trillion, yes, trillion with a T, on something far more outrageous: secret underground cities built for the elite.

Catherine Austin Fitts, who served as Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban Development for Housing during the George H.W. Bush administration, made the jaw-dropping claim during an interview on Tucker Carlson’s podcast last week. And if her allegations are true, we’re looking at what might be the most blatant abuse of American taxpayer money in history.

“We have built an extraordinary number of underground bases and, supposedly, transportation systems,” Fitts told Carlson. “Some of these are documented as part of the national security infrastructure, but I think there are many more in the United States and all over the world.”

According to Fitts, the spending trail leads back to a 2018 report from Michigan State University economist Mark Skidmore, who uncovered an alleged $21 trillion in “unauthorized spending” between 1998 and 2015. The questionable expenditures occurred primarily within two departments: the Department of Defense and, you guessed it, the very agency Fitts once oversaw, HUD.

If you’re wondering how exactly one misplaces $21 trillion, you are not alone. That kind of money doesn’t just fall between couch cushions. According to Fitts, it might have gone into a network of 170 underground bases across the country, and even under the oceans, complete with transportation tunnels connecting them all.

Yes, apparently, while Americans were told we couldn’t afford border walls or better schools for our children, someone was out there boring high-speed escape routes for elites to disappear into when things hit the fan.

“The purpose is if you thought you were going to get a near-extinction event,” Fitts explained. “You have so many activities going on that you need to keep secret.”

Let’s pause there. A “near-extinction event”? So while regular Americans were stocking up on toilet paper during COVID and wondering how to pay for gas, the D.C. ruling class may have been building luxury bunkers under our feet?

Tucker, never one to shy away from things that sound unbelievable, because these days, they usually turn out to be true, added his anecdote. “I knew a contractor who worked on one in the city of Washington D.C., and I remember him telling me about a power box, like a transformer box on Constitution Avenue,” Carlson said. “He told me that was actually the exit, the egress from the White House.”

“I thought, ‘that’s kind of crazy in the middle of this big city where I live … that you could build something like that without me knowing it,’” he added.

Crazy? Maybe. But after the past several years of government overreach, secrecy, and corruption, is anything really off the table?

If these claims are even half-true, it’s not just a scandal—it’s a national betrayal. Our nation’s ruling class may have spent decades preparing their getaway plan while leaving the rest of us in the dark, literally.

So, the next time the government tells you there’s no room in the budget to fix your roads or secure your elections, just remember: apparently, there’s always money for bunkers.

According to Virginia Department of Corrections Director Chad Dotson, the attack happened at Wallens Ridge State Prison around 9:45 a.m. It involved six inmates, five of whom are confirmed MS-13 members from El Salvador—and, yes, they’re in the U.S. illegally. Their résumés? A charming lineup of aggravated murder, first and second-degree murder, and rape. The sixth thug, a member of the Sureno 13 gang, is at least a homegrown killer, currently locked up for second-degree murder.

So just to recap: we’ve got foreign gang members with rap sheets thicker than a phone book, and instead of being deported, they’re housed in U.S. prisons on the taxpayers’ dime, where they’re now stabbing corrections officers. Sounds like a flawless immigration system, right?

“Five of the individuals responsible for this senseless attack should never have been in this country in the first place,” Dotson said. Bingo. That’s a statement we can all agree on. “Every single day, our officers put their lives on the line to ensure public safety for the more than 8.8 million people across the Commonwealth. This attack is an example of the dangers they face when they show up to work every day. Our officers are heroes, and I commend the team at Wallens Ridge for their swift response.”

Dotson isn’t wrong, corrections officers are walking into war zones every single day. And when they’re forced to guard violent foreign gang members who should’ve been booted from this country on arrival, it’s not just dangerous, it’s a national disgrace.

Five officers were sent out for medical treatment, with three suffering minor injuries, including two officers hurt while responding to the chaos. Two more were admitted to the hospital in stable condition.

But here’s the part that really stings: none of this had to happen.

This is what happens when you have open-border fanatics working overtime to protect criminal illegal aliens instead of, say, American citizens or the men and women in uniform tasked with keeping them behind bars. The same politicians who lecture everyone about “compassion” and “inclusion” are nowhere to be found when correctional officers are bleeding on the floor.

It’s worth remembering that MS-13 isn’t your average criminal street gang. Known for barbaric violence and ritualistic killings, the gang has a motto that loosely translates to “Kill, Rape, Control.” Lovely, right? These are not people crossing the border for a better life, they’re bringing death, destruction, and chaos with them. And they found a target Friday morning in Virginia.

This incident should be a wake-up call to anyone still pretending there’s no connection between open-border policies and public safety. The blood spilled at Wallens Ridge didn’t have to be spilled. But until more leaders with common sense and a spine step up, leaders like President Donald Trump, we’re going to keep seeing headlines like this.

NASTY: ‘Brother Lover’ Ilhan Omar Tells Reporter To “F**k Off” When Asked About MS-13 Gang Member (VIDEO)

(DC Pundit) – When it comes to handling the media, some politicians manage to keep their cool even when they don’t like the questions being asked. Then there’s Rep. Ilhan Omar, who apparently thinks dropping f-bombs is a substitute for answering a fair question.

While walking down the street with her entourage, Omar was asked a simple and reasonable question by Daily Caller News Foundation reporter Myles Morell. The question? Whether more Democrats should be visiting El Salvador to show support for Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a deported MS-13 gang member who somehow became the left’s latest sympathy project.

“Do you think more of your Democratic colleagues should be traveling to El Salvador to advocate on behalf of Abrego Garcia?” Morell asked.

Classy as ever, Omar replied: “I think you should f**k off.”

Yes, that was her actual response. To a legitimate journalist. Asking a completely valid question.

Morell, trying to confirm he heard correctly, followed up: “I’m sorry, what, congresswoman?”

“You should f**k off,” she repeated, still strutting forward without even facing him.

He asked, “Who should?”

“You,” she snapped back.

At that point, one of Omar’s aides, likely realizing the congresswoman was on the verge of another public relations disaster, jumped in to declare that she was “not taking questions.” Probably should’ve led with that.

“This was very unprofessional of her. Our elected officials should not be acting this way,” Morell said when posting the interaction to X (formerly Twitter). That’s putting it mildly.

Rather than walking things back or issuing even a half-hearted apology, Omar doubled down on social media, declaring, “I said what I said. You and all your miserable trolls can f**k off.”

Ah yes, nothing says mature, reasoned leadership quite like a public meltdown over being asked about support for a known gang member.

Naturally, the backlash came fast.

Washington Free Beacon reporter Chuck Ross called it “an unhinged response to an entirely fair question.” He added, “I think part of it is that Democrats are not used to being asked non-softball questions by Capitol Hill reporters.” Imagine the trauma of not being coddled by the press for five minutes.

Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk didn’t mince words either: “This woman has no class, no gratitude to America, and no honor. Truly a disgrace to the US Congress,” he posted.

Hard to argue with that.

Let’s not forget who Omar was defending by dodging that question with profanity. Kilmar Abrego Garcia isn’t just your average deportee. He was part of MS-13, one of the most violent and vicious gangs on the planet, known for brutal murders, drug trafficking, and human smuggling. Yet somehow, a growing number of Democrats are treating his deportation like a civil rights violation instead of a much-needed act of law enforcement.

If that sounds insane to you, you’re not alone.

Maybe Omar didn’t want to answer the question because there’s no good way to spin Democrats traveling to a foreign country to champion someone who, under any sane immigration policy, should never have been here in the first place.

Here’s a radical idea: Instead of defending MS-13 thugs and attacking journalists, maybe our elected officials should focus on keeping American families safe and enforcing immigration laws that protect our borders.

But don’t hold your breath waiting for that kind of common sense from Rep. Omar. She seems too busy cussing out reporters.
