(DC Pundit) – In a jaw-dropping congressional hearing on Wednesday, former Department of Defense official Luis Elizondo unloaded some serious bombshells about UFOs – or as the cool kids are calling them these days, Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP).
Elizondo, speaking under oath, confirmed the existence of secret government UAP crash retrieval programs designed to identify and reverse engineer alien craft. But that’s not all, folks. He also revealed that government employees have been injured by UAPs and are receiving compensation for their injuries. Talk about worker’s comp gone wild!
While the hearing was packed with eyebrow-raising claims, it was notably light on hard evidence. The Pentagon, sticking to its guns, released a statement saying they’ve found zip, zilch, nada in terms of “verifiable evidence” of extraterrestrial activity or programs to reverse-engineer alien tech.
Journalist Michael Shellenberger claimed that the Pentagon is sitting on a treasure trove of clear, high-resolution photos and videos of UAPs. He even dropped the name of a supposed secret program called “Immaculate Constellation.” Sounds like a fancy perfume, doesn’t it?
Shellenberger teased the committee with talk of “maybe thousands” of pieces of evidence showing UAPs. He also shared a juicy tidbit about “an orb coming out of the ocean and being met by another orb.” Underwater alien base? Not so fast, says Shellenberger. Sorry, conspiracy theorists!
Colorado Rep. Lauren Boebert, always asking the hard-hitting questions, inquired about the possibility of a secret underwater alien base. Sadly, no evidence of aquatic E.T. hideouts was found.
Nancy Mace, the hearing’s chair, grilled Elizondo with rapid-fire yes-or-no questions that would make a game show host jealous. Elizondo’s affirmative responses to questions about secret programs and injured employees left many wondering if we’re living in a sci-fi movie.
This hearing comes on the heels of last year’s blockbuster session featuring David Grusch, who claimed the US government has been playing hide-and-seek with alien craft for decades. It’s clear that UAP talk has gone mainstream, infiltrating military discussions and congressional corridors alike.
For those hoping for more UAP revelations, there might be an unlikely hero on the horizon: Donald Trump. The president-elect recently told a podcast he’d “love” to release more UAP footage if he returns to office. Nick Pope, a former UFO investigator for the British Ministry of Defence, speculates that Trump’s maverick style could lead to some serious declassification action.
“If [a secret government UAP program] is just very well hidden and under some sort of unique protection, the president, as commander in chief, can say: ‘I am ordering the declassification of this information, the release of these documents or materials,'” Pope said.
So, buckle up, earthlings! The truth might be out there, and it could be coming to a congressional hearing or presidential decree near you. Just remember to keep your tinfoil hats handy.
