That’s not a right-wing conspiracy, it’s a documented order from the highest levels of federal law enforcement.

According to veteran investigative journalist John Solomon, who obtained the memo, FBI field offices in Washington, D.C., New York, and Little Rock had all been running a criminal case into whether Hillary Clinton used her role as Secretary of State to run a pay-to-play operation through the Clinton Foundation. In other words, was the State Department for sale to the highest bidder? Agents believed they had evidence that foreign nationals and wealthy donors bought access and influence by funneling millions into the Foundation.

And just when the FBI was closing in, Obama’s DOJ rode in like the cavalry, not to save justice, but to rescue the Clintons.

McCabe’s Fingerprints All Over It

Then–FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, whose wife conveniently received campaign donations from a Clinton ally while McCabe himself personally attended the meetings tied to those funds, made sure the investigation was locked down. Agents couldn’t issue subpoenas, recruit new informants, or even interview witnesses without his blessing.

Four different U.S. Attorneys’ offices were approached by agents for help. Three of the four flat-out refused.

The most damning piece of the puzzle? A document obtained by Patel showing Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates ordering the FBI to “shut it down.” That wasn’t a suggestion. It was a direct command from the Obama DOJ to bury the case before it could touch Hillary during her White House run.

A Timeline of Obstruction

By 2015, after Peter Schweizer’s Clinton Cash book ignited public scrutiny, FBI offices opened preliminary inquiries. Instead of being encouraged, agents were told in no uncertain terms not to dig too deep. By early 2016, even as confidential sources were pointing to shady transactions, McCabe and DOJ brass stepped in again, ordering restrictions that kept investigators tied up tighter than Hunter Biden at a family intervention.

In July 2016 — the same month James Comey gave Hillary a pass on her private email server — McCabe ordered the Clinton Foundation cases consolidated under New York’s office, where he could exert tighter control. Prosecutors admitted privately that no subpoenas, grand juries, or charges would be permitted until after voters cast their ballots.

Funny how “wait until after the election” always seems to translate to “never.”

After Trump Won — Still No Justice

Even after Donald Trump shocked the world by winning the presidency, the Clinton Foundation investigation was still buried. By January 2017, agents were told to wait for “guidance from the Director’s office.” That guidance never came. New York prosecutors shrugged and cited “statute of limitations” and “no appetite” to move forward.

So, let’s recap: FBI agents had evidence. DOJ leaders blocked subpoenas. Hillary Clinton got a pass. And the American people got played.

To protect democracy, the left’s flagship publication is arguing that we must dismantle its very foundations. That’s like saying the best way to save a burning house is to bulldoze it and build condos on top of the ashes.

Of course, none of this should come as a shock. The Times and its allies have quietly admitted what Republicans have known all along: Democrats don’t think they can win playing by the rules, so they’re lobbying to rewrite them. And if the “rules” just so happen to be the centuries-old pillars of our constitutional republic — the Senate, the Electoral College, and an independent Supreme Court — well, too bad.

What makes this spectacle even more insulting is the sanctimonious tone with which these same elites lecture the rest of us about democracy. Every op-ed, every Sunday show panel, every teary-eyed MSNBC monologue is some variation of: “Trump is a threat to democracy.” Yet behind closed doors, they’re sketching out blueprints for a government overhaul that would shred every safeguard our Founders put in place.

And here’s the kicker: President Trump and Republicans are in power now. Imagine if conservatives responded to the Times’ logic with, “You know what? Let’s just rewrite the rules ourselves.” Should Trump start pushing to dissolve the House of Representatives? Or maybe redraw the Supreme Court so it’s packed with constitutional hardliners? According to the Times’ playbook, that would be perfectly fine. Right?

Of course not. The same crowd screaming “threat to democracy!” would be pounding their keyboards in outrage, labeling it fascism, authoritarianism, and the end of America. The principle, apparently, is that democracy only survives when Democrats control it.

At the end of the day, the Times’ crusade isn’t about saving democracy. It’s about saving their grip on power. They’ve realized their ideas don’t sell with the American people, so instead of adjusting their agenda, they’re trying to change the rulebook.

That’s not democracy. That’s desperation. And thankfully, President Trump and Republicans aren’t buying it.

Translation: states don’t get to pick and choose which federal laws they feel like following. For years, California has built a reputation as the sanctuary capital of the nation, shielding illegal immigrants from deportation and tying the hands of federal law enforcement officers. Bondi made it clear that those days are over.

She reminded Newsom that Congress itself has codified that states and local governments have a duty to cooperate with immigration enforcement efforts. Instead of honoring that responsibility, California has spent years pushing policies that make it harder for ICE and Border Patrol to do their jobs.

“For too long, so-called sanctuary jurisdiction policies have undermined this necessary cooperation and obstructed federal immigration enforcement,” Bondi wrote. She added that these policies give “aliens cover to perpetrate crimes in our communities and evade the immigration consequences that federal law requires.”

And she’s not exaggerating. California has repeatedly made headlines for releasing criminal aliens back into the public instead of handing them over to federal authorities — a move that has resulted in preventable tragedies. But rather than admit failure, Newsom doubles down, touting his state’s lawless behavior as some sort of “moral stand.”

Bondi made clear that under President Trump, those excuses won’t fly anymore. “Under President Trump’s leadership, full cooperation by state and local governments in immigration enforcement efforts is a top priority,” she stated.

The attorney general explained that Trump has directed her, along with Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, to identify sanctuary jurisdictions and notify them of violations of federal law. More importantly, the administration is reviewing its authority to attach immigration-related conditions to federal grants and contracts, meaning California’s federal funding is very much on the chopping block.

“As contemplated by the Executive Order, designation as a sanctuary jurisdiction may result in additional consequences and further agency actions as permitted by law,” Bondi concluded.

California’s reliance on federal funding is no secret. Billions flow into the state every year for everything from infrastructure to education to law enforcement. Losing even a fraction of that would create chaos in Sacramento, forcing Newsom to either hike taxes again (a California specialty) or finally admit that his policies have consequences.

What makes the situation especially rich is the political hypocrisy on display. Democrats never miss an opportunity to accuse Republicans of ignoring the “rule of law,” yet when it comes to illegal immigration, they proudly disregard the law themselves. Newsom has turned California into a sanctuary playground while expecting taxpayers from across the rest of the country to keep footing the bill.

Bondi’s warning represents more than just a budgetary threat, it’s a reminder that the Trump administration isn’t going to let rogue states undermine national security. For decades, Washington looked the other way while California and other blue states played sanctuary games. That era is over.

Governor Newsom now faces a choice: keep his sanctuary policies and risk losing California’s federal funding, or finally cooperate with federal law enforcement. Given his record, we probably already know which direction he’ll choose — but this time, there will be a steep price to pay.

These individuals came in legally, reportedly carrying visas issued with the help of an organization called “Heal Palestine.” The footage obtained shows them arriving comfortably at U.S. airports, not exactly the picture of a desperate dash for survival.

Now the obvious question: who at the State Department greenlit these visas? Americans were promised under President Trump’s leadership that the floodgates for so-called “refugees” from volatile regions, especially where Hamas operates freely, would be shut tight. Instead, it appears someone in the system found a way to slide open a side door.

Gaza is not exactly known for producing folks who want to assimilate into Western culture and values. In fact, the region is a hotbed of anti-American propaganda and Islamic extremism. That doesn’t mean every person from Gaza is a security threat, but when you’ve got a track record of exporting radicalism, you don’t get the benefit of the doubt. This is basic National Security 101.

“Who approved this? How did they get out of Gaza? Is Secretary of State Marco Rubio aware of this?” Those are not rhetorical questions, they are questions that demand immediate answers. Was Governor Gavin Newsom in California aware his state was housing these arrivals? And perhaps most eyebrow-raising, was Texas Governor Greg Abbott informed about Houston being a destination for Palestinian arrivals?

Heal Palestine, the group reportedly aiding in this process, brands itself as a humanitarian outfit. But Americans have seen this movie before — “humanitarian” pipelines have been exploited for decades to move people from unstable, hostile regions into the West without thorough vetting. If the State Department is quietly partnering with them, that’s a flashing red light.

Some will try to paint concerns like these as xenophobia. Spare me. This is about preventing another Boston Marathon bombing or San Bernardino attack, both carried out by individuals who were either immigrants or the children of immigrants from radicalized regions. You can have compassion for people living in terrible conditions overseas while still insisting they enter through the narrowest, most secure channel possible.

The reality is this: the American public did not vote for more Islamic immigration, especially from areas controlled or influenced by terrorist organizations. Every visa issued in this case needs to be traced. Every official who signed off should be identified. And if anyone circumvented the President’s directives on refugee policy, they should be immediately fired.

A “Healing Arts” mental health program, not for victims of violent crime or struggling families, but to help residents emotionally cope with immigration raids targeting illegal aliens.

Speaking Wednesday on Chicago’s WCPT 820’s ‘Driving it Home’ Johnson proudly revealed that the city is “literally paying artists” to provide mental health support for those distressed over Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations.

“We’re connecting mental health towards what we call our Healing Arts Chicago program,” Johnson said. “Working with the Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events and with our community colleges where we’re literally paying artists, paying artists to provide activities to ensure that — and roughly 200 artists, to be specific — paying these artists to create these activities that ultimately provide the type of mental health support that’s so critical, right? With so many things that are going on and so much anxiety as Donald Trump has, essentially militarized the ICE agents and has increased their budget to the extent to which the only other two budgets that are bigger than ICE are the militaries of the United States of America and China.”

Translation: while Chicago grapples with surging crime, a broken public school system, and skyrocketing costs of living, the mayor is funneling taxpayer dollars into art therapy sessions for people upset that immigration laws are being enforced.

Johnson’s framing of ICE as “militarized” is meant to paint the enforcement of federal law as something sinister. In reality, ICE’s mission under President Trump has been simple: remove those who are in the country illegally, especially those with criminal records. That’s not “militarization” — that’s law and order. But to Johnson and the radical left, enforcing immigration law is apparently a trauma-inducing event requiring government-funded coloring classes and interpretive dance therapy.

The mayor’s rhetoric is also telling. He’s not talking about helping Chicago’s residents deal with the trauma of losing a loved one to gang violence or protecting children from drug overdoses. He’s laser-focused on softening the emotional blow for those sympathetic to people who knowingly violated U.S. immigration laws.

This is the same city leadership that has seen violent crime skyrocket, businesses flee, and entire neighborhoods become unsafe. Yet Johnson’s solution to “anxiety” about ICE is to spend public funds on hiring about 200 artists to run “activities” — activities that, no matter how well-meaning, will do nothing to make Chicago streets safer or hold criminals accountable.

Perhaps the real “healing” Chicago needs is leadership willing to enforce the law, protect its citizens, and stand up for the people who follow the rules. President Trump has made it clear that immigration laws exist for a reason, to protect American jobs, communities, and sovereignty. If that makes Chicago’s far-left mayor uncomfortable, that’s his problem. The rest of the country is more interested in safety and security than in taxpayer-subsidized drum circles for the lawless.

In other words, the man who insists California is a beacon of “democracy” wants to tinker with the political chessboard until his party wins every match — permanently.

California’s elections are already an open invitation for fraud. Poll workers are forbidden from requesting proof of citizenship. Ballots keep getting counted for weeks until Democrats magically pull ahead. Ballot harvesting is not only allowed — it’s practically an Olympic sport. And the voter rolls? Bloated enough to make a DMV database blush. Dead people, non-citizens, you name it. If they can be used to tip the scales, they’re probably still “active voters” in the Golden State.

So while ICE agents were doing their jobs — you know, enforcing federal immigration law — Newsom was doing what he does best: playing the victim, painting law enforcement as the bad guys, and pretending California’s elections are flawless. (DC Pundit) – Russian President Vladimir Putin just handed Biden another embarrassment on a silver platter, confirming what President Donald Trump and his supporters have been saying for years: the war in Ukraine never would have happened if Trump had been in charge.

Speaking to reporters Friday after a three-hour meeting with President Trump, Putin left no room for doubt. “Today, President Trump is saying that if he was the President back then, there would be no war, and I’m quite sure that it would indeed be so,” Putin said. “I can confirm that.”

The reasoning is straightforward: Trump’s foreign policy approach is built on strength, deterrence, and results, not empty lectures and press conference blunders.

Putin went further, recalling his last exchanges with the Biden administration in 2022. “During the last contact with the previous administration, I tried to convince my previous American colleague that the situation should not be brought to the point of no return when it would come to hostilities, and I said that quite directly back then that it’s a big mistake,” he explained. Translation: Biden ignored the warnings, the situation spiraled, and the world got yet another avoidable war.

The Russian leader also made a stark comparison between the two presidents. Trump, he said, is “results-oriented,” “has a very clear idea of what he would like to achieve,” and “sincerely cares about the prosperity of his nation.” That’s a diplomatic way of saying Trump was focused on protecting American interests — a novel concept in today’s D.C. swamp — while Biden was more concerned with optics and appeasing global elites.

In contrast, Putin praised his working relationship with Trump. “I think that overall, me and President Trump have built a very good, businesslike, and trustworthy contact, and I have every reason to believe that moving down this path, we can come and, the sooner the better, to the end of the conflict in Ukraine,” he said.

This isn’t complicated. Strong leadership deters aggression. Weak leadership invites it. Under Trump, adversaries knew the U.S. wasn’t afraid to flex its economic, diplomatic, and — if necessary — military muscle to protect American interests. Under Biden, they knew the U.S. would issue strongly worded statements and then hope for the best.

The left will spin Putin’s comments as some sort of “foreign interference,” but the truth is simpler: America had peace through strength under Trump, and chaos under Biden. The Ukraine war is just one tragic example of what happens when the White House trades in a results-driven commander-in-chief for a corrupt career politician.

“Come Get Me, Kash…” — Swalwell Taunts As Declassified FBI Files Tie Him To Plot Against Trump

(DC Pundit) – Newly declassified FBI records have just handed Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) a very public reminder that apparently, national security isn’t exactly his strong suit. According to the FBI’s own 302 interview summaries, Swalwell is a likely conduit for leaks aimed at damaging President Donald Trump. And of course, he wasn’t flying solo; disgraced Adam Schiff was along for the ride.

One whistleblower didn’t bother with polite phrasing: “Rep. Swalwell has been the source of a lot of leaked information and had to be counseled to be more careful.” Translation: Swalwell’s loose lips might just have endangered the country. But did he pause to reflect or take responsibility? Of course not. He went straight to the tried-and-true Democrat playbook: panic, post, and pretend like reality is optional.

Swalwell unleashed a series of unhinged social media rants aimed at Kash Patel and anyone else reporting the story — because when national security allegations hit, the best response is always to flail publicly.

Critics called him out, and what did Swalwell do? He blamed reporters for not quoting an Inspector General report he claims clears him. “And when reporters fall for this, and don’t give full context (like an IG report saying this is all BULLSHIT) the death threats roll in. Great work!” Swalwell seems to believe that as long as he tweets angrily enough, he can erase the fact that he’s been accused of leaking classified intel.

This is classic Swalwell. His long-running, highly inappropriate relationship with a Chinese intelligence asset should have ended his political career years ago. Instead, Democratic leadership protected him, kept him on the House Intelligence Committee, and gave him more access to sensitive information than most Americans can imagine.

Schiff spent years weaponizing classified briefings to smear Trump, and now Swalwell is following the same playbook: leak, deflect, and attack anyone who points out the obvious. Democrats love to talk about integrity, but when it comes to protecting their own, suddenly standards of decency and security become optional.

Meanwhile, Swalwell’s tantrums are a free PR boost for his base, but for the rest of America, it’s a reminder of how low the bar has been set for D.C. Democrats. Imagine a Republican caught leaking classified information while cozying up to a foreign operative — the media would have called for resignations, impeachment, and probably a public flogging. But for Swalwell? Crickets.

With Kash Patel putting the FBI’s own records on the table, this isn’t spin, opinion, or right-wing hyperbole. It’s the government’s own documentation saying Swalwell was too reckless to be trusted with secrets. And yet, the Democrats’ response will likely be the same as always: shrug, ignore, and hope the rest of us forget by the next scandal.

In Washington, D.C., accountability is optional, as long as you’re on Team Democrat.
