Picture this: little Jasmine, decked out in a crisp uniform, strolling the manicured lawns of Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School—one of the swankiest private academies in Missouri. Tuition? A cool $34,900 a year. Yes, this is the “mean streets gangsta” the Democrats want you to buy into.
Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School isn’t just some run-of-the-mill schoolhouse. It’s a top-tier institution, churning out polished grads from kindergarten through high school, catering mostly to well-heeled families. The kind of place where the lunch menu probably features quinoa and kale, not the gritty struggle Jasmine loves to hint at. Yet somehow, this daughter of privilege—who later stumbled her way through Rhodes College in Memphis—wants America to believe she’s a scrappy underdog. Spoiler alert: she’s not.
After high school, Crockett traded St. Louis’ elite corridors for Rhodes College, a private liberal arts gem in Tennessee. There, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in 2003, followed by a law degree she “somehow” obtained (we’ll let you speculate on that one). But here’s where the story gets juicy. During her time at Rhodes, Crockett claimed she and 17 other minority students endured a “series of hate crimes”—think racist letters and vandalized cars. Sounds awful, right? Except there’s a tiny problem: the Memphis Police Department told The Tennessee Star they have zero record of her reporting any such incidents in 2002. Nada. Zilch. They suggested Rhodes might have handled it internally—or maybe another student filed a report. Convenient, isn’t it?
The self-styled victim can’t even back up her sob story with a shred of evidence. It’s almost as if she’s auditioning for the Jussie Smollett School of Creative Fiction—minus the sandwich props. And yet, this is the same woman who now graces Congress with her toxic tirades, disrespecting colleagues and embarrassing her party with every garbled sentence. For a party already drowning in loudmouths—think AOC and her socialist sermonizing—that’s quite the achievement.

Crockett is desperate to paint herself as a streetwise survivor, but the numbers don’t lie: $34,900 a year for high school screams privilege, not hardship. Compare that to the average American family scraping by. She’s not the first Democrat to play this game—but she might be the most shameless. Rhodes College only hammers the point home: Jasmine’s life was cushy, not gritty.

So why the façade? Simple. Democrats love a good narrative, especially one that fires up their base while dodging pesky facts. Crockett is banking on voters ignoring her silver-spoon roots and buying the tough-girl tale instead. It’s classic playbook stuff—right up there with Kamala Harris’ changing accents and word-salad disasters on 60 Minutes.
Jasmine Crockett isn’t an anomaly. The Democrat Party is overflowing with these types—polished elitists masquerading as champions of the downtrodden. But the jig’s up. Her St. Louis Country Day School days and Rhodes College degree aren’t secrets anymore, and no amount of bluster can bury them. It’s the sweet life she doesn’t want you to know about. Typical Democrat fraud? You bet. Shocking? Not even a little.
