(DC Pundit) – South Carolina Rep. Nancy Mace just pulled back the curtain on exactly why nothing ever gets done in Washington. The spineless Republicans In Name Only have joined hands with radical Democrats to kill her subpoena targeting Rep. Ilhan Omar’s questionable immigration records. So much for draining the swamp.
Mace, who’s been fearlessly leading the charge to expose the alleged immigration fraud involving Omar and her supposed “brother-husband,” didn’t sugarcoat the betrayal. “That’s Congress for you, nothing will happen!” she declared in a recent interview, confirming what conservatives have suspected all along: the establishment protects its own, party labels be damned.
The South Carolina firebrand made headlines back in January during a House Oversight Committee hearing examining massive Somali-linked fraud schemes that have been bleeding Minnesota taxpayers dry under Gov. Tim Walz’s disastrous leadership. During that hearing, Mace officially moved to subpoena Omar’s immigration documents, including records for Ahmed Elmi—the man Omar allegedly married in what critics claim was a fraudulent scheme to manipulate the U.S. immigration system.
But here’s where it gets infuriating. In her bombshell interview with Lindell TV, Mace revealed that Republicans, not Democrats, killed her motion to obtain these records. Let that sink in for a moment.
“Well, what’s happened so far? I think the remark is always, ‘Let the process play out.’ That’s what they always say—and nothing ever happens,” Mace explained. “I tried to subpoena her immigration records and her brother-husband’s immigration records, and it was Republicans that killed my motion.”
She didn’t stop there. “As far as I know, nothing’s going on. Nothing will go on. That’s Congress for you—because both sides protect the other.”

There it is, folks—the uniparty in action. While President Trump works tirelessly to restore America’s sovereignty and enforce our immigration laws, supposed Republicans in Congress are busy protecting one of the most controversial members of “The Squad” from legitimate scrutiny. These aren’t representatives of the people; they’re gatekeepers for the establishment.
Mace’s courage in calling out this backroom betrayal deserves recognition. While RINOs cower and make excuses, she’s fighting for transparency and accountability—exactly what voters sent her to Washington to do.
