(DC Pundit) – More disturbing revelations are surfacing about Harjinder Singh, the Indian illegal alien responsible for killing three innocent people on a Florida highway earlier this year. The deadly crash is yet another grim reminder of what happens when reckless, soft-on-immigration policies from the Biden years collide, literally, with American lives.
Singh, a Punjabi national who somehow managed to obtain a commercial driver’s license (CDL) in California and Washington, two Democrat-run sanctuary states, made a suicidal U-turn on Florida’s Turnpike near Fort Pierce this August. The move triggered a fiery crash that left three people dead. The harrowing footage shows Singh standing by the wreckage looking disturbingly calm, as if three deaths were just part of a normal workday.
Here’s where the story turns infuriating. Singh was granted a work permit in June 2021 by Joe Biden’s administration, after the Trump administration had previously denied him one in September 2020. In other words, President Trump tried to keep this man off American roads, and out of the country, but Biden’s team welcomed him with open arms. The result? Three innocent Americans never made it home.

After the crash, Singh was arrested in Stockton, California, and charged with three counts of vehicular homicide. But as investigators dug deeper, the incompetence behind the system became even more glaring. According to Fox News, Singh failed his CDL exam ten times and couldn’t pass an English proficiency test — a basic requirement for anyone operating massive vehicles on U.S. roads. He also failed his air brakes test twice and lied about his English skills, yet California officials still handed him a license. Apparently, in leftist-run states, obeying the law is optional if it fits the “equity” agenda.
Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier isn’t sitting quietly. “As we continue our investigation into California, Washington, and Harjinder Singh, we learned that Singh failed his written exam 10 times, and he took his behind-the-wheel training course at a private CDL school in Washington,” Uthmeier said. “That school will be hearing from my office soon.”

Unfortunately, Singh’s case isn’t an isolated nightmare. Another illegal alien truck driver from India, Jashanpreet Singh, killed three more people this week in Southern California after slamming into multiple vehicles on the freeway. The crash involved eight vehicles, including four semis, and authorities confirmed the driver was under the influence of drugs.

California Governor Gavin Newsom has reportedly issued 62,000 commercial driver’s licenses to illegal aliens, proving that his top priority isn’t protecting Californians, it’s pandering to the open-borders crowd.

President Donald Trump has repeatedly warned that Biden’s reckless border policies would continue to haunt the country long after he left the White House. Sadly, he was right. The consequences of those years of lawlessness are still spilling onto America’s highways.
While Democrats continue preaching about “compassion” and “inclusivity,” real Americans are paying the price, sometimes with their lives. Under President Trump’s leadership, border enforcement has returned, immigration laws are being upheld, and Americans are once again seeing a government that values their safety over political correctness.
