Graphic Video Exposes NY Officers Beating Handcuffed Man To Death

0

(DC Pundit) – New York State prison guards at Marcy Correctional Facility have found themselves in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons.

On Friday, the New York Attorney General’s office released bodycam footage of guards fatally beating a handcuffed prisoner.

Our unfortunate inmate in this grim tale is Robert Brooks, a 43-year-old serving 12-years for assaulting his girlfriend. Brooks, who had been behind bars since 2017, probably thought his stay couldn’t get any worse. It did. On December 9th, Brooks was beaten by the very people tasked with maintaining order and safety. He died the following day.

The footage, described as “graphic”, shows officers kicking and punching Brooks. The autopsy, obtained by WKTV, reads: “preliminary findings show concern for asphyxia due to compression of the neck as the cause of death, as well as the death being due to actions of another.”

The officers’ bodycams were not activated and placed in ‘standby mode,’ conveniently failing to capture any audio. 14 workers, including officers and a prison nurse, are in the process of being fired. It seems the prison administration has decided that beating inmates to death isn’t part of the job description. Who knew?

The New York Attorney General’s office continues its investigation into this fatal beating. One can only hope that justice will be served, although for Robert Brooks, it comes far too late.

The Red ‘Diet Coke Button’ Trump Can’t Live Without Is Returning To The Oval Office

0

(DC Pundit) – In a move that’s sure to shake up the political landscape (or at least the beverage industry), President-elect Donald Trump is set to reinstate his infamous red Diet Coke button in the Oval Office. Because nothing says “leader of the free world” quite like having a dedicated soda summoning device at your fingertips.

As the White House staff prepares for the Trumps’ return, they’re leaving no stone unturned – or in this case, no button unpressed. The permanent, nonpolitical staff of butlers, maids, housekeepers, and chefs are gearing up to welcome back the Trumps and rearrange the furniture to their liking. It’s like an extreme home makeover, presidential edition.

The star of this redecoration show? None other than the Diet Coke button, which Trump kept on his desk during his first term. It’s not every day you see a president with a beverage hotline, but then again, Trump has never been one for conventional politics.

When Trump would press this magical button on the Resolute Desk, a staff member would promptly appear with a glass of Diet Coke on a silver tray.

Tom Newton Dunn, a journalist for The Times, recalled his encounter with the button during an interview with Trump. “Our opening softball questions to try to lull Trump expended, we moved on to harder ones and he began to look at the red button,” he wrote. One can only imagine the journalists’ panic when Trump suddenly pressed it. Nuclear launch? Declaration of war? Nope, just Trump’s daily dose of fizzy goodness.

“Seconds later, a butler emerged from an Oval Office side door with an iced Diet Coke on a silver platter, and placed it in front of him,” Dunn added. It’s like a scene from a James Bond movie, if James Bond were more interested in caffeinated beverages than martinis.

Kate Andersen Brower, author of “The Residence,” noted that the transition back to the Trumps will be easier on the staff “because they’ve lived there before.” No need to guess their breakfast preferences or shampoo brands – the staff has already got the Trump lifestyle down to a science.

Brower added, “They would have had done their research on Kamala Harris and her family and their kind of lifestyle.”

The White House staff also had a financial reason to root for a Trump victory. “He would, like, tip them cash,” Bowser revealed. “I was told he would hand out $50 bills.” Who knew that “Make America Great Again” included making the White House staff’s wallets a little fatter?

From Jefferson’s love of French cuisine to Obama’s passion for basketball, these personal touches remind us that even the most powerful office in the world is still occupied by a human being.

As the nation prepares for another Trump presidency, we can only speculate on what other changes might be in store for the White House. Will we see a golden escalator installed? A Twitter command center? Only time will tell.

Biological Male Inmate Who Identifies As Female Does The Unthinkable To Three Women In Prison

0

(DC Pundit) – The California prison system has found itself at the center of a controversy that reads like a plot from “Orange Is the New Black.”

Tremaine Carroll, a 52-year-old inmate who identifies as a woman, is facing rape charges for allegedly assaulting fellow inmates at the Central California Women’s Facility in Chowchilla. The case has sparked a heated debate about gender identity, prison policies, and the unintended consequences of well-meaning legislation.

Madera County District Attorney Sally Moreno, clearly not amused by the situation, didn’t mince words when describing Carroll. “This is a person who is not a woman in any sense of the word,” she stated.

Carroll’s first cellmate became pregnant and was promptly moved to Los Angeles. One can only imagine the conversation that ensued: “Congratulations, it’s a… wait, how did this happen in an all-women’s prison?”

But the story doesn’t end there. Two more cellmates came forward with rape allegations, leading to the current charges.

https://twitter.com/libsoftiktok/status/1872417329629581805

The case has taken a linguistic turn as well. A Madera County judge ruled that Carroll must be referred to using she/her pronouns, a decision that has Moreno pulling her hair out. “This is a particular issue in this case because it’s confusing to the jury,” she lamented. “In California, rape is a crime that has to be accomplished by a man.”

Eric Dutemple, Supervising Deputy District Attorney, chimed in with his own concerns about the pronoun ruling. “It’s just absolutely insane that a victim would have to get on the stand and police their pronoun usage when trying to recite one of the scariest times of their lives,” he remarked.

The root of this legal labyrinth can be traced back to Senate Bill 132, the ironically named Transgender Respect, Agency and Dignity Act, which took effect in 2021. This piece of legislation allows inmates to be housed with the gender they identify as, no questions asked. As Moreno pointed out, “There’s no psychological evaluation that needs to be done. This person does not need to be on cross gender hormones, they don’t need to be signed up for transgender surgery, they don’t need to be a psychological evaluation regarding gender confusion, the mere statement is enough.”

Carroll has since been relocated to Salinas Valley State Prison for men, in a move that can only be described as “too little, too late.”

This case raises some serious questions regarding the implementation of transgender rights in the prison system. While the intention behind SB 132 was to protect transgender inmates, it seems to have created a loophole large enough to drive a prison bus through.

Do These CIA Files Reveal An Ancient Martian Civilization?

0

(DC Pundit) – A recently resurfaced CIA document from 1984 claims that life on Mars wasn’t just found – it was psychically discovered millions of years in the past. Move over, Elon Musk; your Mars colonization plans might be a tad late to the party.

The report, dramatically titled “Mars Exploration May 22, 1984,” reads like a rejected script for a sci-fi B-movie. It details how the agency used astral projection to send a ‘subject’ on a mental field trip to Mars circa one million years BC. One can only imagine the travel insurance premiums for such a journey.

This interplanetary psychic escapade was part of Project Stargate, a secret US Army unit established in 1977. The project focused on phenomena including remote viewing, telepathy, and psychokinesis. Participants were exposed to sounds like binaural beats and hemi-sync audio, presumably to induce altered states of consciousness. One can’t help but wonder if they considered just using Pink Floyd’s “Dark Side of the Moon” instead.

The experiment’s ‘subject’ reported seeing an “oblique view of a pyramid” and a “very large road” with a monument reminiscent of ancient Egyptian structures.

The vision then shifted to a population of “very large people” searching for “a new place to live because their environment was corrupted.” It seems even a million years ago, Martians were dealing with environmental issues. Perhaps they should have invested in some extraterrestrial solar panels.

Project Stargate was the US government’s attempt to create mind-reading spies who could infiltrate the minds of its enemies. Because clearly, traditional espionage methods were just too passé for the Cold War era. The project ran for over a decade at Fort Meade in Maryland, recruiting individuals who claimed to have extrasensory perception (ESP). One can only imagine the job listings: “Wanted: Psychic spies. Must be able to read minds and locate hostages. Time travel experience a plus.”

The document describing this Martian adventure begins with the cryptic line: “Method of site acquisition: Sealed envelope coupled with geographic coordinates.”

The subject described seeing “very tall, thin” people wearing strange clothing. Apparently, Martian fashion was ahead of its time – or perhaps just really, really old.

As the psychic journey continued, the subject witnessed a violent storm on Mars, with people using giant pyramids for shelter.

In a moment of interspecies communication, the subject claimed to have spoken with one of these ancient Martians, who mentioned that a group had left in “what looks like the inside of a larger boat.” One can only hope they remembered to pack snacks for such a long journey.

The experiment concluded with the administrator guiding the subject back to reality with the words, “Move now back to the room, back to the sound of my voice, back farther now to the sound of my voice on the 22nd of May, 1984.”

While this CIA document provides a fascinating glimpse into the unconventional methods employed during the Cold War, I believe we should approach it with a healthy dose of skepticism. After all, if psychic time travel to ancient Mars were truly possible, wouldn’t we have a few more souvenir t-shirts by now?

The Mysterious Disappearance Of A GOP Congresswoman: You Won’t Believe Where She Was Found After 6 Months

0

(DC Pundit) – In a twist that reads like a political thriller, Rep. Kay Granger, the 81-year-old Republican representing Texas’s 12th Congressional District since 1997, has been found after a six-month disappearing act.

Granger’s last public appearance was in July when she cast a vote against an amendment to slash the salary of the Deputy Assistant Administrator for Pesticide Programs to a whopping $1.

Enter Carlos Turcios, a reporter from the Dallas Express, who decided to play detective and uncover the mystery of the vanishing congresswoman. His first stop? Granger’s offices, where he was greeted by the oh-so-helpful voicemail:

“I am sorry we are unable to answer your phone right now,” Granger’s recorded voice chirped. “We are really glad you called us. Please leave your name, phone number and a brief message and someone in our office will call you back as soon as possible.”

Undeterred by this thrilling response, Turcios ventured to her constituency office, only to find it as lively as a morgue on a slow day. Just as he was about to throw in the towel, a local resident tipped him off that Granger might be residing in an assisted living facility specializing in memory care.

Bingo! Turcios hit the jackpot. His report reveals:

“We then received a tip from a Granger constituent who shared that the Congresswoman has been residing at a local memory care and assisted living home for some time after having been found wandering lost and confused in her former Cultural District/West 7th neighborhood. The Dallas Express team visited the facility to confirm whether Granger was residing there and to inquire about how she planned to vote on the spending bill. Upon arrival, two employees confirmed that Granger is indeed living at the facility. However, we were not permitted to conduct an interview regarding the current spending debate in the House of Representatives and how or if Ms. Granger planned to vote.”

Now, you might be wondering why Granger’s family or staff didn’t just come clean about her condition. Perhaps they thought nobody would notice if a member of Congress went AWOL for half a year?

State Republican Executive Committeeman Rolando Garcia called it a “sad and humiliating way to end her political career.” Ouch. Talk about a political eulogy.

But fear not, citizens of Texas’s 12th District! Granger had already announced her retirement at the end of this Congress. Come January, the seat will be filled by Craig Goldman, a Republican fresh from the Texas House of Representatives. Let’s hope he remembers to show up for work.

This bizarre episode raises some serious questions about transparency in politics and the care of aging public servants. It’s a good reminder that even in the high-stakes world of Washington, human frailty can’t be legislated away.

In the meantime, let’s all take a moment to appreciate the irony of a politician who’s been “found” in a memory care facility. It’s almost as if the universe has a sense of humor about the state of our political system.

How A Notorious ‘Black Widow’ Murderer Walked Free Thanks To Biden

0

(DC Pundit) – President Joe Biden’s recent clemency spree has set free a woman known as the “Black Widow” – a moniker she earned for her deadly habit of murdering husbands and boyfriends for insurance payouts. It seems the President’s definition of “non-violent” offenders is as flexible as a yoga instructor.

Josephine Virginia Gray, now 78, was serving a 40-year sentence for insurance fraud schemes linked to the murders of three men between 1974 and 1996. Gray’s release has raised eyebrows, especially given the White House’s claim that Biden only freed “non-violent” offenders.

Gray’s modus operandi was simple: make men fall in love with her, convince them to name her as their life insurance beneficiary, and then, well, let’s just say she ensured the policies paid out sooner rather than later. It’s like a twisted version of “The Bachelor” where the final rose comes with a complimentary coffin.

James Trusty, the former federal prosecutor who handled Gray’s case, expressed his displeasure with Biden’s decision. “It pisses me off, as you can imagine,” Trusty told The Washington Free Beacon. “This doesn’t feel like a ‘rule of law’ moment for the Biden administration.” One might argue it feels more like a “rule of jaw-dropping disbelief” moment.

Gray’s criminal career reads like a horror novel co-written by an insurance adjuster and Stephen King. She admitted to a friend in 2000 that she “had killed both her husbands and another gentleman.” Gray confessed to shooting her first husband, Norman Stribbling, and staging his body to look like a robbery victim. Her second husband, Robert Gray, met his demise with “help” from her boyfriend. That boyfriend, Clarence Goode, became victim number three when he threatened to blackmail her over Robert’s murder. Talk about relationship issues – most people just ghost their exes.

But Gray’s methods weren’t limited to mere murder. Witnesses at her trials accused her of using intimidation tactics, including threats of voodoo, to keep them quiet. “It was the witchcraft, mostly,” said Lenron Goode, the brother of Gray’s third victim. Because nothing says “please don’t testify against me” quite like the threat of being turned into a newt.

Gray’s release is part of what the White House calls the “largest single-day grant of clemency in modern history.” Biden’s aim was to correct historical “injustices” by granting clemency to those “convicted of non-violent crimes who were sentenced under outdated laws, policies, and practices.” Apparently, murder for insurance fraud is now considered passé in certain circles.

This clemency spree has faced intense criticism, with Biden also pardoning his son Hunter (pictured at top) and commuting sentences for other controversial figures. It’s like the President decided to host his own version of “Get Out of Jail Free” day.

As the dust settles on this controversy, one can’t help but wonder about the vetting process for these releases. Did they use a Magic 8 Ball? A Ouija board? Or perhaps they just threw darts at a board of inmate photos while blindfolded. Whatever the method, it’s clear that Biden’s clemency decisions have left many questioning his judgment.

In the end, Josephine Virginia Gray is now a free woman, her life story, as Trusty puts it, “written in the blood of three men” who loved her. Let’s hope she doesn’t decide to start dating again anytime soon.

SHOCK: Father Beheads His 1-Year-Old Son In Gruesome Attack

0

(DC Pundit) – A Sacramento suburb has been rocked by an act of violence so heinous it defies comprehension. Andrey Demskiy, a 28-year-old father, was arrested for allegedly committing an unspeakable crime against his own flesh and blood, proving once again that reality can be far more terrifying than fiction.

The tranquility of a typical Friday morning was shattered just after 4 a.m. when Demskiy allegedly embarked on a violent rampage that would leave his family forever changed. In a scene that could make even the most hardened true crime aficionado queasy, Demskiy is accused of first attacking his wife and mother-in-law, who managed to flee the residence.

As the two women awaited authorities Demskiy barricaded himself inside the house. When sheriff’s deputies arrived, they found themselves in a standoff worthy of a Hollywood blockbuster, minus the popcorn and happy ending.

Upon learning that the couple’s 1-year-old son was still inside with his father, who may have “possibly injured the child after throwing him,” deputies made the decision to force entry. One can only imagine the tension as they breached the door, undoubtedly hoping they weren’t too late.

https://twitter.com/simonateba/status/1870325385163874803

What they discovered inside could make even the most seasoned law enforcement officer consider a career change to something less traumatizing. Demskiy was found “uncooperative and physically resistive,” which, given the circumstances, seems like an understatement of biblical proportions.

In a bedroom deputies allegedly found Demskiy with the severed head of his young son. The weapon of choice? A knife.

Demskiy was swiftly taken into custody and booked into Sacramento County Main Jail, where he’s been deemed ineligible for bail.

He is due back in court on December 24th. Nothing says “Merry Christmas” quite like a court date for an alleged infanticide.

As the community grapples with this unthinkable tragedy, questions inevitably arise about what could drive a person to commit such an act. Mental health experts will undoubtedly be called upon to unravel the psychological knots that led to this point, while the rest of us are left to wonder how to process such unfathomable evil.

As the legal process unfolds, one can only hope that justice will be served, although it’s hard to imagine what form of punishment could ever truly fit such a crime. The family left behind will need all the support they can get as they navigate the aftermath of this tragedy, their lives forever altered by one man’s inexplicable actions.

For now, a community mourns, a family grieves, and we’re all left to wonder: what could have been done to prevent such a nightmare from becoming reality?

Will The Boston Bomber, Child Murderers, And Rapists Be Spared The Death Penalty In Biden’s Final Act?

0

(DC Pundit) – President Joe Biden is reportedly considering an astonishing grand finale to his presidency. The 82-year-old commander-in-chief is mulling over the idea of commuting sentences for some – or possibly all – of the 40 men currently lounging on federal death row. Talk about going out with a bang, or in this case, a whimper from those who support capital punishment.

This potential act of clemency isn’t just causing a stir; it’s whipping up a political tornado that could make Dorothy’s trip to Oz look like a gentle breeze. The list of potential beneficiaries reads like a who’s who of America’s most wanted, including individuals convicted of crimes that would make even the most hardened true crime podcast host squirm.

Among the rogues’ gallery are Dylann Roof, the Charleston church shooter; Iouri Mikhel, mastermind of a gruesome kidnapping-for-ransom scheme; Thomas Sanders, convicted for the death of a 12-year-old girl; and Daniel Troya, responsible for drug-related child murders.

We can only hope there are a couple of bad apples that even Biden might not bite into. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the Boston Marathon bomber, and Robert Bowers, perpetrator of the Tree of Life synagogue attack. Let’s pray that these criminals remain firmly on the “naughty list.”

This potential Christmas gift to death row inmates comes hot on the heels of Biden’s controversial decision to commute the sentence of Shanlin Jin, a Chinese citizen who pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography. That move had President-elect Donald Trump fuming faster than a kettle on full boil.

The White House is playing its cards close to the chest, with a spokesperson cryptically stating that no final decision has been made. Meanwhile, the Justice Department is maintaining silent.

Biden’s potential death penalty pirouette represents a stark 180 from his Senate days when he was more pro-death penalty than a Game of Thrones script writer. His 2020 campaign promise to abolish the federal death penalty never materialized into law, but Attorney General Merrick Garland managed to throw a wrench in the execution works with a moratorium to study death penalty procedures.

Republicans, predictably, are having a collective conniption fit. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, in a floor speech that could curl wallpaper, accused Biden of prioritizing “progressive politics” over justice for murder victims.

According to October 2024 Gallup polling, 53% of Americans still favor the death penalty – a number that’s been holding steadier than a surgeon’s hand. But support has been shifting among Democrats and Independents.

Despite the controversy, Biden’s already flexed his clemency muscles, commuting sentences for 1,500 people and pardoning 39 others in a single day.

As the clock ticks down on Biden’s presidency, all eyes are on the White House, waiting to see if he’ll grant clemency to some of America’s most notorious criminals, or will he let sleeping dogs (and death row inmates) lie?

In the meantime, victims’ families hold their breath. Whatever Biden decides, it’s bound to be a decision that’ll be debated longer than the plot of “Inception.”

Will it be a happy ending for death row inmates, or will justice prevail as some see it?

Disgraced Sex Offender Running For NYC Council

0

(DC Pundit) – Former Democratic congressman and poster child for digital indiscretion, Anthony Weiner, has decided to throw his hat—and hopefully nothing else—back into the political ring. The 60-year-old registered sex offender, who spent 18 months in federal prison for sending explicit texts to a minor, has formally filed to run for New York City Council in 2025.

Weiner, whose name has become synonymous with political scandal and questionable social media practices, is eyeing the second district seat, which covers the Lower East Side of Manhattan. The open race comes as current incumbent Carlina Rivera reaches her term limit, leaving the door wide open for Weiner’s attempted comeback.

The disgraced politician took to X (formerly Twitter) to joke about his campaign finances. “Mr. Moneybags over here,” he quipped, responding to a New York Post reporter’s screenshot of his less-than-impressive financial summary—showing a balance that would make even a college student’s bank account look flush by comparison.

Weiner’s scandals stretch back to 2011 when he accidentally shared a photo of his semi-erect genitalia on Twitter—a move that promptly ended his congressional career. In 2013, he tried to bounce back by running for New York City mayor, but his campaign was derailed when it came to light that he had continued his sexting habits under the alias “Carlos Danger.” Because nothing says “trustworthy politician” quite like a secret sexting pseudonym.

https://twitter.com/repweiner/status/1866535507770904872

During these tumultuous times, Weiner remained married to Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton’s right-hand woman. However, their relationship finally hit the rocks in 2016 when Weiner was caught sexting a 15-year-old girl. This scandal had far-reaching consequences, inadvertently impacting the 2016 presidential election when the FBI reopened its investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails just days before the vote.

Abedin, now 48, has since moved on to greener pastures, recently becoming engaged to Alex Soros, the 39-year-old son of billionaire George Soros. Meanwhile, Weiner’s post-prison career has included selling kitchen countertops and launching a podcast called “The Middle with Anthony Weiner”—though one might argue he’s been anything but middle-of-the-road throughout his career.

As part of his release terms, Weiner must permanently register as a sex offender—a detail that might make campaign meet-and-greets a tad awkward. President-elect Donald Trump has already weighed in, suggesting that New Yorkers aren’t keen on electing “perverts” to office. But in a city that’s seen its fair share of political scandals, who knows?

Weiner’s odds of achieving political redemption are about as long as the list of his past indiscretions. But in a world where reality often outpaces satire, perhaps we shouldn’t him out just yet.

In the meantime, New Yorkers are advised to keep their phones at the ready—not for any incoming messages from aspiring politicians, but to capture what promises to be one of the most entertaining political campaigns in recent memory. After all, in the world of Anthony Weiner, you never know what might pop up next.

This Biden Admin Statement On Illegal Immigration Will Leave You Stunned

(DC Pundit) – Aurora, Colorado, has become the latest hotspot in America’s ongoing immigration crisis. It seems the city has inadvertently become host to a real-life version of “West Side Story,” minus the singing and choreography, but with an added dose of international flair.

On Tuesday, Aurora police detained 19 individuals following an assault that left two people injured. Police Chief Todd Chamberlain declared with certainty that this was “100 percent gang activity.”

The incident in question involved a home invasion where a man and woman were forcibly relocated to a different apartment and subjected to a brutal assault. Chamberlain described the victims as being “pistol-whipped” and “beat.”

This isn’t Aurora’s first rodeo with gang-related incidents. Last fall, the city made headlines when video footage emerged of armed members of the Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang parading around an apartment complex like they were auditioning for a low-budget action movie. Local officials at the time insisted everything was under control, presumably while frantically Googling “how to deal with international gangs for dummies.”

Chamberlain revealed that he had previously discussed Aurora’s gang issue with the Biden White House. According to the chief, a White House representative told him, “Hey, once these immigrants get across the border, that’s all we really care about.”

Chamberlain, clearly not one to mince words, laid out the situation with all the subtlety of a sledgehammer. “We have individuals who come to our country. They get dropped off into a community. They have absolutely no infrastructure. They have absolutely no support. They have absolutely no guidance from the federal government on what to do, how to live, how to survive,” he said. It’s almost as if someone forgot to hand out the “Welcome to America” pamphlets at the border.

Enter Tom Homan, Donald Trump’s pick for “border czar,” who offered to swoop in with ICE and save the day. “So, he’s talking the talk, but let’s hope he walks the walk and hands these people to ICE when he’s done with them,” Homan remarked.

Homan, in a moment of poetic inspiration, added, “Love your community a little more than you hate Trump.”

As Aurora grapples with its newfound status as the unwitting star of America’s immigration drama, one can’t help but wonder what the next episode will bring.

One can only hope that solutions will be found that don’t involve pistol-whipping, stabbing, or impromptu relocations. After all, that’s not exactly the American Dream we’ve been advertising.
