(DC Pundit) – A transgender thug who assaulted a female Turning Point USA (TPUSA) Chapter President at the University of Texas at Dallas with a bike lock has been placed under arrest. The perp’s name? Liam Thanh Tam Nguyen—an Asian male who apparently fancies the alias “Alyssa.”
TPUSA founder Charlie Kirk laid out the gritty details: Chapter President Paige Neumann and her secretary, Grace, were minding their own business, tabling on campus like good patriots, when Nguyen slammed a metal bike lock into Paige’s head with enough force to shatter her phone—Grace’s phone didn’t fare much better, meeting a similar fate in the melee. Then, like a true hero of the progressive cause, he hopped on his bicycle and pedaled off.
“Paige has filed a police report with University Police, who are thankfully taking this matter seriously and are currently searching for the individual,” Kirk noted on Tuesday. “Thankfully, Paige and her chapter VP Grace are both physically doing okay.” Physically okay, sure, but one imagines the mental image of a bike-lock-wielding lunatic isn’t exactly soothing.
By Tuesday night, the wheels of justice started turning. Kirk dropped the update conservatives across Collin County, Texas, were waiting for: “Collin County, Texas has made the arrest public. The attacker has been charged with multiple felonies and is identified as an Asian MALE named Liam Thanh Tam Nguyen. More trans violence.” Nguyen’s charges include Assault on a Peace Officer/Judge, Resisting Arrest, Search, or Transport, Attempt to Take a Weapon from an Officer, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon (two counts), and Criminal Mischief ($750-$2,500) (two counts).

For conservatives, this arrest is a small victory in a bigger war. Nguyen is behind bars, but the fight against radical leftist aggression is far from over.
