(DC Pundit) – United States Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard isn’t playing defense. On Tuesday, she went full throttle at former President Barack Obama after his office released a desperate statement denying he led the charge in the now-exposed Trump-Russia hoax.
Apparently, Obama’s team thought a smug little press release could undo the years of deception and government abuse that targeted President Donald Trump before he even took office. Wrong move.
Trump called it like it is during Oval Office remarks Tuesday: “Barack Hussein Obama is the ringleader. Hillary Clinton was right there with him and so was Sleepy Joe Biden… and so were the rest of them. Comey, Clapper, the whole group,” he said. “This was treason… they tried to steal the election.”

According to a declassified presidential briefing from December 2016, Obama was fully aware the Trump-Russia collusion story was a complete fabrication. But instead of stopping it, he helped weaponize it.
Obama’s camp finally responded, but not with evidence. No, they dropped a carefully polished press statement filled with righteous indignation and zero substance. “These bizarre allegations are ridiculous and a weak attempt at distraction,” they cried, adding that nothing in the recently declassified material “undercuts the widely accepted conclusion” that Russia tried (and failed) to meddle in 2016.

Enter Tulsi.
She torched Obama’s statement live on Fox News and Newsmax, then dropped a bombshell: more receipts are coming.
“We will be releasing further documents tomorrow that will refute that statement,” Gabbard said. “We will be pulling a whole host of statements made by the Obama administration… that state over and over again, after this Jan. 2017 manufactured intel document was created, that repeat the narrative… Russian hackers worked to aid Trump in the election.”

Tulsi was once a Democrat insider. Now, she’s one of the few former party members willing to call out the corruption at the top. Unlike the spineless media and career bureaucrats scrambling to protect Obama’s legacy, she’s dropping facts, dates, and documents.
And if what she’s teasing actually hits today, things are about to get very uncomfortable for Obama and every deep state relic still clinging to the Russia lie.
