(DC Pundit) – Vice President JD Vance didn’t exactly tiptoe around the subject on Sunday when he sat down for a Fox News interview. The Ohio Republican flatly declared that “a lot of people” are about to be indicted over the Obama administration’s role in the infamous Russiagate debacle. For those keeping score, this is the years-long political circus Democrats used to try and delegitimize President Donald Trump’s first term.
Vance didn’t spill the names just yet, but he made it clear that recent bombshells from Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard have set the stage for a legal reckoning. According to Vance, the information she’s released is rock-solid proof of “an aggressive violation of the law” — the kind of statement that tends to make Washington insiders sweat through their tailored suits.
“I absolutely want to see indictments,” Vance told Sunday Morning Futures. “Of course, you’ve got to have the law follow the facts here. You don’t just indict people to indict people. You indict people because they broke the law.”

He then pointed to the work of both Gabbard and Kash Patel, saying their revelations leave no doubt, before dropping the hammer: “I absolutely think they broke the law. And you’re going to see a lot of people get indicted for that.”
JD Vance says that we are going to see “a lot of people get indicted” for the Grand Conspiracy evidence that Kash & Tulsi have recently presented to the public.

According to Vance, the Obama-era intelligence apparatus wasn’t just bending the rules, they were using federal resources to “launder” Hillary Clinton’s campaign talking points into what they called “intelligence.” In plain English: the same folks entrusted with protecting America’s security allegedly spent their time and taxpayer dollars turning political gossip into official-sounding reports.
“They defrauded the American people in order to take Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign talking points and turn them into intelligence,” Vance said. “They would take something that supported a Hillary Clinton campaign talking point, and they would overemphasize it and exaggerate it. They took anything that actually contradicted that narrative, and they buried it deep.”
It’s a stunning claim, but not an unfamiliar one to anyone who’s been following the Russiagate saga since 2016. What started as an opposition research project, paid for by the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee, eventually spiraled into years of partisan hysteria, secret surveillance warrants, and breathless cable news speculation. And in the end? Special Counsel Robert Mueller failed to produce evidence of collusion between Trump’s campaign and Russia.
Now, with Gabbard and Patel pulling back the curtain, Vance appears ready to see the scales of justice finally balance out. And if his predictions are right, several former officials might soon be learning what it feels like to be on the receiving end of the legal system they once controlled.
For conservatives, the potential indictments would represent more than just accountability, they’d be vindication. For the Washington establishment, it might be the start of some very uncomfortable conversations. As Vance made clear, the American people deserve to know who abused their power, and this time, there may be actual consequences.
