(DC Pundit) – A retired FBI whistleblower has stepped into the spotlight, alleging a disturbing and brazen act by the Deep State: the active destruction of evidence within government files that could potentially tie them to crimes against the American people. It seems that some folks in Washington are taking the “if you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear” mantra to a whole new level – by simply erasing the evidence that might cause them some discomfort.
Garret O’Boyle, a former FBI agent, told conservative commentator Benny Johnson on Monday that FBI employees are working around the clock to scrub evidence from agency servers. And this is happening even as reformers like Kash Patel and Dan Bongino are joining the agency. Because, of course, the best time to delete potentially incriminating files is when the guys who want to expose you are taking charge.
“There are FBI servers which are sort of standalone…People inside the FBI have been working night and day to destroy files on these servers,” he explained to Johnson. I can only imagine the frantic keyboard clicks and panicked whispers echoing through the FBI headquarters as these digital Houdinis make evidence disappear into the ether.
“I was told that the way these files are destroyed, not even Elon Musk can restore them. That’s happening right now as we speak.” O’Boyle stated.
Boyle said he did not know exactly what the data was but speculated it was related to the Epstein list and the FBI’s subversive measures against Americans. What could be more American than government agencies subverting the very people they are supposed to protect?

Boyle later told independent journalist Michael Shellenberger the same information and explained that he had also informed Patel. So, at least someone is paying attention, even if the evidence room is currently on fire.
FBI whistleblower @GOBactual confirmed to me that a source inside FBI said FBI employees were destroying evidence on servers, and that he informed @Kash_Patel
I hope he & @AGPamBondi @JohnRatcliffe @elonmusk @realannapaulina are preventing this.
We urgently need disclosure! https://t.co/hhEU2z9r8i

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL), who recently called out Attorney General Pam Bondi for supposedly slow-walking the release of the Epstein and JFK files, replied by saying there needs to be a criminal investigation and that criminal penalties need to increase.
“Working on this as we speak!” she remarked, signaling that this isn’t just another case of Washington talk, it’s more like a ticking time bomb.
Will have to be a criminal investigation @shellenberger . @Kash_Patel will flush it out. Mandatory penalties need to increase. Working on this as we speak! https://t.co/NA7QGpWCXu

Kash Patel, whom O’Boyle informed of the alleged data destruction, has a history of his own with high-profile investigations. As a former staffer for Rep. Devin Nunes, Patel played a significant role in the investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 election. Patel has also been a vocal critic of the FBI and has accused the agency of political bias. With a background like that, it’s no surprise that O’Boyle turned to Patel with his concerns.
The files must be of a highly incriminating nature if so many FBI employees are willing to go to these lengths.
