URGENT: CLICK TO FIGHT BACK AGAINST THE LEFT!
(DC Pundit) – House Democrats, bless their hearts, continue to demonstrate that their sole legislative priority isn’t addressing the concerns of everyday Americans — it’s going after President Trump, again and again. Their latest effort is a commission to evaluate whether Trump should be removed from office under the 25th Amendment. Trump Derangement Syndrome is real, folks, and it is absolutely thriving on Capitol Hill.
The proposal is being led by New York Congressman Jamie Raskin — a man the White House has rather memorably described as “a stupid person’s idea of a smart person” — and would establish a 17-member panel to assess whether the president is mentally and physically capable of carrying out his duties. This, of course, about the same president who just won a second term in a decisive election victory. The voters apparently didn’t get the memo that he was unfit.
The bill has 50 Democratic co-sponsors and would rely on Section 4 of the 25th Amendment, which allows the vice president, Cabinet, or a body created by Congress to declare a president unable to fulfill his responsibilities. Under the proposal, the commission would conduct a medical evaluation to determine whether Trump is “mentally or physically unable to discharge the powers and duties of the office.”
Democrat Rep. Jamie Raskin is once again introducing a bill to invoke the 25th amendment to remove President Trump.

There’s one rather glaring problem with this entire exercise: Republicans control Congress and any action would still require approval from Vice President J.D. Vance. In other words, this legislation has roughly the same chance of succeeding as a snowball in August.
More than 85 Democrats called for Trump’s impeachment or removal following comments he made about bombing Iran, so this latest move fits right into the pattern of nonstop resistance the left has been performing since Trump first announced he was running for office on June 16, 2015.
The White House wasted no time firing back. Spokesperson Davis Ingle stated, “President Trump’s sharpness, unmatched energy, and historic accessibility stand in stark contrast to what we saw during the past four years when Democrats like Raskin intentionally covered up Joe Biden’s serious mental and physical decline from the American people.”
Hard to argue with that one.
