(DC Pundit) – Blue Lives Matter has officially shown Jelly Roll the door, and they didn’t exactly do it quietly.
The organization announced it is withdrawing its invitation for the country-rap artist to perform at its Second Annual Big Blue Bash, a November 17 fundraiser for the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Foundation held at President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate. The announcement was posted on X and pulled no punches: “We’re DONE. You’re FIRED.”

The fallout stems from Jelly Roll’s guest-hosting stint on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, during which the singer took aim at Trump’s Canada trade policies, calling them “full of sh-t” and “ridiculous,” and referring to the president himself as a “fat pig.” Classy stuff from a man who built his brand on redemption and second chances.
Kyle Reyes, owner of Blue Lives Matter, made the reasoning crystal clear. The gala opens and closes in prayer, weaves the Gospel throughout the evening, and honors the families of fallen law enforcement officers. Reyes stated he would not put “a wolf in sheep’s clothing” in Trump’s house or over those grieving families.
“We don’t hold Jelly Roll’s hate against him, but we sure aren’t going to welcome him into the home of the very man he decided to attack,” Reyes said in a statement to The Post Millennial.

Singer Coffey Anderson has been tapped to perform in Jelly Roll’s place, a far more fitting choice for an event whose theme is “American Superheroes.” The evening also features Lou Ferrigno, Dean Cain, and Kevin Sorbo as guests, along with tribute time dedicated to wounded officers and Angel Families, those who have lost loved ones due to crimes committed by illegal immigrants.
This is exactly the kind of event that deserves to be protected from political grandstanding. The men and women of law enforcement put their lives on the line every single day, and their families deserve a night of genuine honor and celebration, not a headline-chasing performance from someone who used the moment to score cheap political points on late-night television.
Blue Lives Matter made the right call, full stop.
