URGENT: CLICK TO FIGHT BACK AGAINST THE LEFT!
(DC Pundit) – Three people are dead. Several others were severely injured. A fireball erupted on a Southern California freeway. And the man responsible, an illegal alien who never should have been in this country in the first place, was just sentenced to 4 years and 8 months in prison.
Feel free to take a moment with that.
Jashanpreet Singh, 21, an Indian national who entered the country illegally, pleaded guilty to three counts of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence following a catastrophic multi-vehicle pile-up on a freeway in Ontario, California, last October. Dashcam video obtained by KABC captured the moment Singh plowed into three vehicles before smashing into another semi-truck. Eyewitnesses described the collision creating a massive fireball after Singh failed to stop as traffic slowed ahead of him. A total of 8 vehicles were involved, including four big rig trucks.
Three families lost someone that day. Several others were left severely injured.
The sentence was handed down by Superior Court Judge Shannon Faherty, a Democrat who was previously appointed by Governor Gavin Newsom to fill a vacancy on the bench. Under 5 years for three lives. You do the math.
According to Fox News reporter Bill Melugin, Singh is an Indian illegal alien who was caught at the border, and then released, by Biden administration border patrol agents at the El Centro, California, sector in March 2022. Caught and released. Back onto American roads. Behind the wheel of a semi-truck.

It took over 24 hours from the time of the accident for the California Highway Patrol to release the identity of the driver who caused the crash. Singh was initially arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, but a toxicology report later revealed he was not under the influence. He simply failed to stop.
Three people paid for that failure with their lives, and the system that enabled it, the open-borders catch-and-release policy of the Biden administration, combined with a Newsom-appointed judge handing down a sentence that amounts to less than two years per victim, has once again demonstrated exactly where its priorities lie.
This is the real cost of weak border enforcement. Not an abstract policy debate. Not a talking point. Three dead Americans and a sentence that will likely see Singh released in under four years with good behavior. After which, one presumes, California will attempt to find a way to protect him from deportation too.
