URGENT: CLICK TO FIGHT BACK AGAINST THE LEFT!
(DC Pundit) – Leave it to an unlimited pasta promotion to deliver one of the most devastating takedowns of the Democratic Party’s position on voter ID. Olive Garden didn’t mean to wade into the election integrity debate, but here we are.
The popular restaurant chain recently shared the rules governing its fan-favorite Never-Ending Pasta Pass on X, and the fine print turned out to be more politically explosive than anything that came out of Congress this week. The pass offers customers unlimited pasta meals, but there’s a catch. To use it, you have to actually prove you are who you say you are.
“No. The Never-Ending Pasta Pass is only for use by the Passholder whose name is printed on the Pass. Passes are personalized and non-transferable,” Olive Garden posted. “Passholders must present a valid photo I.D. along with the Pass at the time of ordering.”
Question.
Are you able to order pasta for family using this pasta pass or is that exclusively for the person with the card at the table.
I dont know about it you, but it'd feel really weird with just one person having unlimited pasta while everyone awkwardly waits.— Superpowamario (@Superpowamario) July 16, 2026

A valid photo ID. To get unlimited pasta. In Democrat-run states and cities where no such requirement exists to cast a ballot in an American election.
The internet, predictably, had a field day. Conservative commentator Robby Starbuck put it bluntly on X: “Olive Garden requires ID to use their never ending pasta pass but most Democrat run states don’t require your ID to vote.” He continued: “So in America, our pasta deals are literally more secure than our elections.” His conclusion? “Maddening and hilarious at the same time.”

PragerU’s X account piled on with equal efficiency: “Olive Garden has a more secure process than our election system.”

And they’re not wrong. Think about that for a moment. A casual dining chain that is perhaps best known for breadsticks has implemented stricter identity verification for accessing discounted carbohydrates than many American jurisdictions require for participating in democracy. You cannot use someone else’s pasta pass. You absolutely can, in plenty of blue jurisdictions, show up at a polling location and cast a ballot with zero proof of who you are.
Democrats have spent years arguing that requiring a photo ID to vote is somehow an insurmountable burden on American citizens, the same American citizens who need ID to drive, fly, buy alcohol, open a bank account, and apparently now, eat unlimited fettuccine Alfredo. The argument has always been thin. Olive Garden just made it look completely ridiculous.
