URGENT: CLICK TO FIGHT BACK AGAINST THE LEFT!
(DC Pundit) – D.L. Hughley, best known for his role on ‘The Hughleys’ and as one of the original Kings of Comedy, took to social media this past Monday to treat his 963,000 followers to a full-blown meltdown over President Trump’s White House UFC event. The results were about as coherent as you’d expect.
“Only 2 kinds of ppl went to the Whitehouse last night for that UFC event!! Racists and ppl who have no problem with racists,” Hughley claimed in a Threads post. Apparently, attending a UFC match on the White House lawn makes you a white supremacist now. Good to know.
He wasn’t finished. In a follow-up post, Hughley escalated to full fever pitch, declaring: “America hates black ppl waaaay more than it hates pedophiles!” He then added, “Fight Me!” — which, given the setting that inspired his rant, is at least thematically appropriate.

Hughley also shared a meme featuring an image of the Roman Colosseum with the caption, “Nothing says ‘Not a dying civilization’ like gladiator fights at the capitol for the emperor’s amusement.” The irony of a Hollywood entertainer, a man who makes his living performing for paying audiences, mocking other people for enjoying live entertainment appears to have been lost on him entirely.
He continued his tirade, asking, “If you’re not racist why do ppl feel so comfortable saying and doing racist shit around you!???” before wrapping up with this gem: “It’s weird that the same ppl who believe Michelle is a man, don’t believe Trump is a pedophile!!!!”
There it is. The logical endpoint of a D.L. Hughley social media rant.
The following day, Hughley surfaced again to highlight a USA Today report about comedian Nate Bargatze facing fan backlash for attending the UFC event. Bargatze, a popular stand-up comedian widely known for his clean, family-friendly humor, has previously described himself as taking a “not political” stance. Fans flooded his Instagram comments with complaints, apparently furious that a comedian who attends a UFC fight is insufficiently committed to the resistance.
In modern Tinseltown, you can openly mock Christians, trash conservative politicians, and push the most radical progressive agenda imaginable without raising a single eyebrow. But dare to show up at a UFC event hosted by a Republican president, and the mob comes for you with torches. The message from Hollywood to anyone who steps out of line is always the same: get back in formation, or get canceled.
