(DC Pundit) – President Donald Trump announced Friday evening that the United States military successfully carried out a lethal strike that killed Niño Guerrero, the notorious leader of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua. Justice, it turns out, does have a delivery service, and it’s called the US Southern Command.
Trump wasted no time pointing the finger squarely where it belongs: at Joe Biden, whose wide-open border policies allowed Tren de Aragua terrorists to pour into this country, where they went on to rape, maim, and murder American citizens on American soil. Biden’s legacy isn’t just inflation and incompetence, it’s the blood of innocent Americans who paid the ultimate price for his administration’s deliberate refusal to secure the border.
The president made clear that this strike was about more than eliminating a gang leader. It was about delivering justice to the families of those these terrorists slaughtered, families like those of Jocelyn Nungaray and Laken Riley, two young women whose deaths became rallying cries for every American who understood exactly what unchecked illegal immigration was costing this nation.
Trump had previously made good on his promise to formally designate Tren de Aragua as a foreign terrorist organization, a transnational criminal syndicate out of Venezuela that spread its violence across Latin America and eventually into the United States, thanks to the Biden administration’s open-door policy. Designating them as terrorists unlocked the full force of the national security apparatus against them.
And now that apparatus has done its job.
Unclassified footage released by US Southern Command shows the moment Guerrero was eliminated. No trial in The Hague. No lengthy extradition battle. No drawn-out legal circus. Just swift, decisive action from a president who actually means what he says.

This is what American strength looks like. Under Trump, the message to transnational criminal organizations is simple: you terrorize American citizens, you become a target. Full stop.
The contrast with the previous administration couldn’t be starker. While Biden was busy ignoring the carnage at the border and his DHS was releasing criminals into American communities, Trump was building the framework to hunt these people down. Now he’s executing that framework, literally.
For the families of Laken Riley, Jocelyn Nungaray, and every other victim of Tren de Aragua’s savagery, Friday’s news won’t bring their loved ones back. But it sends an unmistakable signal that those days of American weakness are over.
