URGENT: CLICK TO FIGHT BACK AGAINST THE LEFT!
(DC Pundit) – If you want to know why so many conservatives are pulling their hair out over the Republican Party’s performance in Washington, look no further than what happened when Tennessee Congressman Tim Burchett walked out of a House committee meeting recently and absolutely unloaded on his own leadership.
Burchett, one of the most reliably outspoken voices in the entire House, didn’t mince a single word. The Tennessee Republican tore into what he described as “crooked” Washington establishment figures within his own party, members of Republican leadership who, in his view, keep cutting backroom deals with Democrats that effectively hand majority power straight to the radical left.
Let that sink in for a moment. Republicans hold the majority. They have the gavel. They won the election. And yet, according to Burchett, certain members of GOP leadership are behaving as though none of that actually happened. They are more interested in keeping the peace with Chuck Schumer’s crowd than delivering on the agenda that tens of millions of American voters sent them to Washington to fight for.

President Trump won reelection precisely because the American people are done with weak-kneed politicians who treat the majority as a courtesy to be shared rather than a mandate to be executed. Voters didn’t send Republicans to Washington to negotiate away their own power. They sent them there to secure the border, rein in government spending, protect American energy, and dismantle the radical progressive agenda that spent years dismantling this country.
Tim Burchett gets that. The question is whether enough of his colleagues do before the 2026 midterms arrive and Republican voters decide they’ve had enough of being let down by the very people they elected to represent them.
The GOP has a majority and a president in the White House who is ready to fight. It’s time to act like it.
