BUSTED! Rep. Jasmine Crockett Hid Investments In Big Pharma, Oil, And Marijuana

(DC Pundit) – It looks like Democrat Rep. Jasmine Crockett may have been a little too “high” on hypocrisy while building her image as a progressive darling. A new Washington Free Beacon report has uncovered that the Texas congresswoman quietly held financial stakes in dozens of major corporations, including Big Pharma, Big Oil, and even marijuana companies, all while publicly presenting herself as a fierce critic of those very industries.

According to the Free Beacon’s Andrew Kerr, Crockett “owned stocks in at least 25 companies that she did not disclose to the public during her first congressional run in 2022,” despite having already acknowledged those same holdings a year earlier when she served in the Texas legislature. For some reason, those stocks mysteriously disappeared from public view once she arrived in Washington.

Crockett’s undisclosed investments reportedly included shares in Amazon, AstraZeneca, General Motors, ExxonMobil, Aurora Cannabis, and Ford. Many of these companies, according to the report, directly intersect with legislation Crockett has supported or publicly opposed. Translation: her “green energy” persona isn’t exactly lining up with her green-backed portfolio.

The hypocrisy doesn’t stop there. While Crockett has spent her short time in Congress preaching about climate justice and railing against fossil fuels, her investments show she’s been more than comfortable cashing in on the very industries she denounces. ExxonMobil and General Motors aren’t exactly cornerstones of the “Green New Deal” crowd. But hey, when it comes to left-wing politics, apparently the rules only apply to everyone else.

And then there’s the marijuana issue. In 2021, Crockett posted on social media that cannabis reform is a “joint effort,” proudly declaring, “Representatives from both parties have filed some great bills that will reduce penalties for possession and expand the Texas Compassionate Use Program. But don’t forget — our goal is full recreational & medical cannabis.”

Turns out she may have had more than just policy reform in mind. Her portfolio included shares in Aurora Cannabis, one of the world’s largest marijuana producers. How convenient. It seems when Crockett says she supports “weed reform,” she might also mean reforming her own bottom line.

For someone who claims to stand against “big money in politics,” Crockett appears to have made herself right at home with it — all while keeping voters blissfully unaware.

If transparency and accountability mean anything, Crockett has some serious explaining to do. Until then, maybe Democrats should cool it on the lectures about corruption and “corporate greed.” After all, it’s hard to rail against capitalism when your own stock portfolio is doing all the heavy lifting.

(DC Pundit) – When Democrats tell you exactly who they are, believe them. And this week, former Transportation Secretary and 2028 presidential hopeful Pete Buttigieg did just that, by throwing his enthusiastic support behind a communist running for mayor of New York City.

Buttigieg, apparently feeling nostalgic for the Soviet era, told CNN that Zohran Mamdani, a New York state assemblyman who proudly labels himself a communist and has openly embraced radical Islamist allies, has the “capacity to be a great mayor.” Yes, a communist. As in, the ideology responsible for more death and misery than any other in modern history.

“I don’t live in New York, but I think he has the capacity to be a great mayor,” Buttigieg said during the CNN interview, glowing with optimism for Mamdani’s campaign.

He didn’t stop there. “He, I think, right now, has been taking a lot of steps that are not just about winning, but about trying to bring people together, which is something that people didn’t see in him or expect from him earlier on in the campaign,” he continued, adding, “I don’t think he needs me in order to win, but I think it’s a really important and exciting race to watch.”

Exciting for who, exactly? Hard to say. But for a party that now treats Marx and Mao like misunderstood visionaries, Buttigieg’s endorsement makes perfect sense. Democrats have spent years cozying up to extremists — defunding police, excusing antisemitic rants, and rewriting the definition of “public service” to mean “redistribute everyone else’s money.”

Zohran Mamdani, a darling of New York’s progressive fringe, has long aligned himself with socialist and pro-Palestinian activists. His platform includes taxpayer-funded housing, free healthcare for all, and policies that would make Bernie Sanders look like Ronald Reagan. Mamdani’s “vision” for New York reads less like a city plan and more like a love letter to Havana.

And yet, Buttigieg’s praise isn’t surprising. As Transportation Secretary, he became better known for rail disasters, endless delays, and photo ops on a bicycle than for fixing anything of substance. Now, as he eyes a potential 2028 presidential run, Buttigieg seems eager to prove he can check every box on the progressive bingo card, including open admiration for communists.

Let’s be honest, if Buttigieg thinks Mamdani’s brand of radicalism is what America needs, it says everything about where the Democratic Party stands in 2025. They’ve traded JFK for Karl Marx and call it “progress.”

The contrast couldn’t be clearer: Trump stands for America First, while Democrats like Buttigieg are cheering on candidates who would gladly replace the Constitution with The Communist Manifesto.

ALERT: Minnesota Man Arrested After Offering $45,000 Bounty For Pam Bondi’s Assassination

(DC Pundit) – A 29-year-old Minnesota man is learning the hard way that threatening a sitting U.S. Attorney General is not a good idea. Tyler Maxon Avalos of St. Paul was arrested after federal agents tracked down a murder-for-hire TikTok post offering a $45,000 bounty for the assassination of Attorney General Pam Bondi — a blatant call for political violence that the Left’s social media darlings would rather ignore.

According to the Tampa Free Press, Avalos is now facing federal charges for “Interstate Transmission of a Threat to Injure the Person of Another,” a serious violation of 18 U.S.C. § 875(c).

The investigation began on October 9, 2025, when a Detroit-based TikTok user reported the disturbing video to the FBI’s National Threat Operations Center (NTOC). The video showed a photo of Pam Bondi with a red sniper scope aimed directly at her forehead. The chilling text read:

“WANTED: Pam Bondi”
“REWARD: $45,000”
“DEAD OR ALIVE (PREFERABLY DEAD)”

Federal agents immediately deemed the post a credible threat against the life of the Attorney General. Within hours, the FBI had TikTok hand over emergency account data, which led investigators straight to Avalos. The account had been created on a Samsung Galaxy tied to an email address containing his real name, not exactly a masterclass in criminal intelligence.

From there, agents traced the activity through Google and Comcast, pinpointing the IP address to Avalos’s residence in St. Paul. Surveillance confirmed his presence at the location, and his name was even listed on the mailbox. It didn’t take long for U.S. Magistrate Judge Becky Cowan Wright to issue a warrant for his arrest, based on an affidavit filed by FBI Special Agent Jurchisin from the Minneapolis Division.

During an appearance on ‘Mornings with Maria’, Oz revealed that his agency uncovered massive fraud in Democrat-run states like California, Illinois, New York, and Minnesota, where officials have been using federal Medicaid dollars to hand out full medical, dental, and vision coverage to illegals. That’s right, while American seniors are told to “budget wisely,” illegal immigrants are enjoying benefits many Americans could only dream of.

Earlier last week on ‘Fox & Friends’ Oz didn’t hold back. “We discovered billions of taxpayer dollars funneled to illegal aliens in Democrat-run states,” he said, calling it an outrageous abuse of power and a slap in the face to law-abiding Americans.

This is exactly why President Trump’s “One Big, Beautiful Bill” was written, to plug the holes in the system, claw back stolen funds, and hold states accountable. But naturally, Democrats in Congress are fighting to repeal it. Why? Because cutting off their illegal vote farms and taxpayer-funded freebies doesn’t exactly help them win elections.

Oz warned that the $1 billion figure is just the start. CMS has only examined a handful of states so far. “The full amount of misused funds could be significantly higher,” he said. Translation: this could make the Clinton Foundation look like amateur hour.

Even more telling, several states have already started quietly returning funds after being caught red-handed. When the Trump team starts auditing, the rats start running.

Let’s call this what it is — America Last governance. Democrats love to preach about “equity” and “compassion,” but what’s compassionate about taking from struggling American families to fund free medical care for people who broke into our country? It’s theft, plain and simple, dressed up in moral posturing.

The Biden years turned Medicaid into a welfare buffet for illegals. Trump’s back, and the tab is getting closed.

Bottom line: every dollar wasted on illegal aliens is a dollar stolen from a veteran, a senior, or a working American family. This proves what conservatives have known all along: Democrats will bankrupt this country if it means buying another vote.

This time, it was Chelsea Clinton, daughter of the most ethically challenged couple in American political history, attempting to shame President Donald Trump over his plan to build a new $200 million ballroom at the White House.

President Trump, who is personally footing the bill for the project with private donations, explained his decision in his usual confident fashion: “They’ve wanted a ballroom at the White House for more than 150 years, but there’s never been a President that was good at ballrooms. I’m really good. I’m good at building things, and we’ll get it built quickly and on time.”

And, as history shows, when Trump says he’ll build something, it gets built, on time, under budget, and beautiful. Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton can barely build an email server that doesn’t end up under FBI investigation.

Predictably, Hillary Clinton — the same woman who once treated the White House like her personal Bed Bath & Beyond, reportedly walking off with dinnerware and furniture when she left — had an absolute meltdown over Trump’s latest effort to Make America Great Again. But it was Eric Trump who delivered the best response, tweeting: “The ballroom will be spectacular… unlike your work in Haiti.” One X post, and Hillary was politically body-slammed back to Chappaqua.

That didn’t stop Chelsea Clinton from stepping into the fray, penning a self-righteous op-ed in USA Today, where she pretended her family treated the White House like sacred ground. “The White House became my home when I was twelve years old. I always understood that it wasn’t my ‘house’; it was The People’s House,” she wrote.

Touching sentiment — until you remember her parents’ tenure included a perjury scandal, a blue dress, and missing furniture. Chelsea then accused President Trump of taking “a wrecking ball” to American heritage. “The erasure of the East Wing isn’t just about marble or plaster — it’s about President Trump again taking a wrecking ball to our heritage, while targeting our democracy, and the rule-of-law,” she complained.

Oh, the irony. The daughter of a man impeached for lying under oath and a woman who sold influence through the Clinton Foundation is now warning us about threats to “the rule of law.” You can’t make this stuff up.

For decades, the Clintons have treated the White House not as “The People’s House,” but as their own personal ATM. From accepting foreign donations while Hillary was Secretary of State to the disaster of the Clinton Foundation’s “relief work” in Haiti, their brand of “public service” has always seemed to come with a price tag.

Meanwhile, President Trump — the builder, the businessman, the man who revitalized America’s economy and restored pride to the Oval Office — is adding to the White House’s legacy with his own money, not taxpayer funds. That’s called leadership.

Of course, the left-wing media was happy to give Chelsea’s whining a megaphone. But social media users weren’t having it. The responses were brutal, reminding her of her father’s Oval Office escapades and her mother’s moving-day “souvenirs.” Let’s just say, if moral authority were silverware, the Clintons would’ve taken that too.

In the end, Chelsea’s attempt to lecture President Trump about integrity and respect backfired spectacularly. Once again, the Clintons have proven that the only thing they’re experts at building, is their own embarrassment.

(DC Pundit) – More disturbing revelations are surfacing about Harjinder Singh, the Indian illegal alien responsible for killing three innocent people on a Florida highway earlier this year. The deadly crash is yet another grim reminder of what happens when reckless, soft-on-immigration policies from the Biden years collide, literally, with American lives.

Singh, a Punjabi national who somehow managed to obtain a commercial driver’s license (CDL) in California and Washington, two Democrat-run sanctuary states, made a suicidal U-turn on Florida’s Turnpike near Fort Pierce this August. The move triggered a fiery crash that left three people dead. The harrowing footage shows Singh standing by the wreckage looking disturbingly calm, as if three deaths were just part of a normal workday.

Here’s where the story turns infuriating. Singh was granted a work permit in June 2021 by Joe Biden’s administration, after the Trump administration had previously denied him one in September 2020. In other words, President Trump tried to keep this man off American roads, and out of the country, but Biden’s team welcomed him with open arms. The result? Three innocent Americans never made it home.

After the crash, Singh was arrested in Stockton, California, and charged with three counts of vehicular homicide. But as investigators dug deeper, the incompetence behind the system became even more glaring. According to Fox News, Singh failed his CDL exam ten times and couldn’t pass an English proficiency test — a basic requirement for anyone operating massive vehicles on U.S. roads. He also failed his air brakes test twice and lied about his English skills, yet California officials still handed him a license. Apparently, in leftist-run states, obeying the law is optional if it fits the “equity” agenda.

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier isn’t sitting quietly. “As we continue our investigation into California, Washington, and Harjinder Singh, we learned that Singh failed his written exam 10 times, and he took his behind-the-wheel training course at a private CDL school in Washington,” Uthmeier said. “That school will be hearing from my office soon.”

Unfortunately, Singh’s case isn’t an isolated nightmare. Another illegal alien truck driver from India, Jashanpreet Singh, killed three more people this week in Southern California after slamming into multiple vehicles on the freeway. The crash involved eight vehicles, including four semis, and authorities confirmed the driver was under the influence of drugs.

California Governor Gavin Newsom has reportedly issued 62,000 commercial driver’s licenses to illegal aliens, proving that his top priority isn’t protecting Californians, it’s pandering to the open-borders crowd.

President Donald Trump has repeatedly warned that Biden’s reckless border policies would continue to haunt the country long after he left the White House. Sadly, he was right. The consequences of those years of lawlessness are still spilling onto America’s highways.

While Democrats continue preaching about “compassion” and “inclusivity,” real Americans are paying the price, sometimes with their lives. Under President Trump’s leadership, border enforcement has returned, immigration laws are being upheld, and Americans are once again seeing a government that values their safety over political correctness.

Biden Judge Rules ICE Agents Can Be Arrested At Courthouses

(DC Pundit) – U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Cummings of Chicago has decided that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers enforcing federal law inside Cook County courthouses are the real problem, not the illegal immigrants violating that law. Cummings declared that ICE agents can actually be arrested if they detain a migrant without a warrant inside or around a courthouse.

Let that sink in. Federal law enforcement officers could be taken into custody by local authorities for doing their jobs. Welcome to Illinois, where up is down, right is wrong, and apparently, illegal immigration is now a protected activity.

The order bars ICE officers from arresting migrants at courthouses without a warrant. The judge insists this is about ensuring that “courthouses remain open and accessible” so that “litigants and witnesses may appear without fear of civil arrest.” In other words, Cummings believes the “fair administration of justice” depends on illegal aliens feeling perfectly comfortable strolling into taxpayer-funded courthouses, without worrying that their illegal presence might actually have consequences.

Cummings cited several recent incidents where ICE agents took “collateral” migrants, those discovered to be here illegally while the agency was after a different suspect, into custody near Chicago-area courthouses. He went so far as to accuse ICE of rough treatment, writing, “One thing seems clear: ICE rousted American citizens from their apartments during the middle of the night and detained them — in zip ties no less — for far longer than the ‘brief’ period authorized by the operative regulation.”

Now, to be clear, ICE doesn’t just grab random people off the street for fun. Their “collateral” arrests happen when agents lawfully encounter other illegal migrants while pursuing a target. It’s called law enforcement, not selective enforcement. But to this judge, the real crime seems to be enforcing immigration law in Cook County at all.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued a polite but pointed response, saying it intends to “comply with all lawful court orders and is addressing this matter with the court.” However, DHS also stood firmly behind ICE’s authority, stating: “We aren’t some medieval kingdom; there are no legal sanctuaries where you can hide and avoid the consequences for breaking the law. Nothing in the Constitution prohibits arresting a lawbreaker where you find them.”

Exactly right. The Constitution doesn’t say, “Except at courthouses.” Federal immigration law is not subject to the whims of local judges who believe feelings matter more than law and order.

The irony, of course, is that courthouses are supposed to be places where the law is upheld, not where it’s selectively ignored to appease activist judges or politically connected immigration groups. Yet, under Judge Cummings’ ruling, criminals now have more protection than the officers trying to enforce federal law.

(DC Pundit) – A Florida high school teacher is calling foul after being forced to remove what he describes as a simple, motivational poster — one featuring conservative commentator Charlie Kirk. Apparently, encouraging students to “speak up for what they believe in” is now controversial in the Sunshine State’s classrooms.

William Loggans, who teaches comprehensive law honors and economics at Horizon High School in Orange County, said administrators ordered him to take down a poster featuring Kirk’s image and quote: “Never underestimate the power of your voice and the impact you can have on the world when you speak up for what you believe in.”

Yes, that’s the entire quote — no politics, no campaign slogans, no policy talk. Just a call for free expression. But according to Loggans, one student complained, and that was enough to trigger the removal order.

“I didn’t see anything political with it at all,” Loggans told WESH 2 News. “It’s just an inspirational quote by Charlie Kirk.” He added that his classroom walls feature quotes from figures like Martin Luther King Jr., Rosa Parks, and Ronald Reagan — all meant to inspire students, not spark political debates.

But school officials disagreed. “They admitted that the poster didn’t say anything controversial and was inspirational but that Charlie Kirk was a controversial political figure and that it would have to come down,” Loggans explained. In other words, the quote was fine, it was the name attached to it that got him in trouble.

Loggans, who believes the move amounts to political discrimination, has since hired an attorney and filed a formal grievance against the school district. He’s not backing down either, saying that if the grievance is denied, he plans to sue. “I’m standing up for my rights, and for every other teacher who believes in fairness,” he said.

The Orange County School District defended its decision, claiming it was “consistent with district policy” and designed to “maintain classroom neutrality.” A spokesperson told WESH 2, “Our goal is a respectful, inclusive learning environment for all students.”

The district’s position was apparently influenced by a memo from Florida Education Commissioner Anastasios Kamoutsas, issued after the tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk earlier this year. The memo reminded educators that “an educator’s personal views that are made public may undermine the trust of the students and families they serve.”

However, the commissioner also made it clear in a follow-up post that his directive was aimed at teachers who had made “disgusting comments about the horrific assassination of Charlie Kirk,” not those displaying positive, non-political quotes.

Loggans says he still hopes to one day start a student club modeled after Turning Point USA, the conservative organization Kirk founded, until an official chapter can be formed at the school.

The irony is hard to miss: a teacher being punished for posting a message about the power of speaking up. If Charlie Kirk’s words are now too dangerous for high school walls, maybe it’s not the poster that’s the problem, but a culture increasingly allergic to differing viewpoints.

(DC Pundit) – The United Nations just might be the last organization on Earth that should be lecturing anyone about taxes, yet here we are. The globalist bureaucrats are apparently feeling bold enough to try something that even King George III would have thought twice about: taxing Americans without representation.

According to The Wall Street Journal, the U.N. is “poised to impose what amounts to a global tax on carbon emissions.” The Journal called it “the ultimate in taxation without representation,” a phrase that should make every red-blooded American’s ears perk up. Because the last time that happened, let’s just say things didn’t end so well for the tax collectors.

Here’s what’s really going on: the U.N.’s London-based International Maritime Organization (IMO), a body that has absolutely no sovereign authority and no power to enforce taxes, is planning to charge ships anywhere from $100 to $380 per metric ton of carbon dioxide that exceeds certain emission levels. In other words, they’re dressing up a global carbon tax as an “environmental fee” and pretending it’s all for the planet.

What they’re actually doing is dreaming up a scheme to funnel money directly into a U.N.-controlled fund, which, of course, they would also manage. Convenient, isn’t it? As The Wall Street Journal put it, this would be “the first instance we can find of the U.N. claiming the ability to levy a tax, the revenues from which will be paid directly into a U.N.-controlled fund.” Translation: they want your money, and they don’t want your permission.

President Donald Trump’s administration isn’t amused. His team has already threatened sanctions against any countries whose bureaucrats at the U.N. dare vote for this global shakedown. Because while the global elite may enjoy playing pretend government, Trump doesn’t play along with international organizations trying to reach into Americans’ pockets.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis summed up the mood of most Americans perfectly when he wrote on X, “No taxation without representation.”

It’s hard to overstate how audacious this move is. The U.N., which has mismanaged countless global crises and consistently undermined U.S. interests, now thinks it can levy a carbon tax on Americans by targeting international shipping. It’s as if they forgot that the United States was built on rejecting exactly this kind of overreach.

The idea that unelected bureaucrats could dictate what Americans pay, where that money goes, and what cause it supports, is laughable. Americans don’t answer to the U.N., and the U.N. doesn’t get to play world government.

(DC Pundit) – It seems the “career professionals” at the Department of Justice are once again showing their true colors and it’s not red, white, and blue. Reports are surfacing that entrenched prosecutors in the Western District of Virginia are actively undermining a DOJ investigation into whether Joe Biden’s FBI secretly destroyed classified documents to protect former FBI Director James Comey. Their weapon of choice? Leaks to The New York Times.

The probe reportedly centers on claims that critical documents connected to the Russia collusion hoax were found in so-called “burn bags” — a nice bureaucratic term for “evidence we didn’t want anyone to see.” According to previous reports, Kash Patel discovered thousands of such documents hidden away in a secret FBI room. One of those documents was reportedly the classified annex to Special Counsel John Durham’s report — the section that contained the actual intelligence behind the investigation.

Durham’s annex was recently declassified by former CIA Director John Ratcliffe, who then sent it to Senator Chuck Grassley, ensuring the public could finally see what federal agencies had been sitting on for years. As Fox News revealed over the summer, Patel and his team even discovered a “previously undisclosed” Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) at FBI headquarters — a secure area where these classified documents were apparently being stored… or prepared for destruction.

The Times also confirmed that top FBI officials who worked at headquarters are under investigation in connection with the matter. But here’s where things get even more telling: In August, interim U.S. Attorney Todd Gilbert — appointed by President Trump — was reportedly forced out after refusing to remove a prosecutor who claimed the evidence was “flimsy.”

Now, with a new Trump-appointed U.S. Attorney taking over, the leaks are flowing faster than a D.C. cocktail hour. According to The New York Times, these “career prosecutors” insist that “criminal charges are not warranted” in the investigation. Because naturally, when evidence of FBI misconduct surfaces, the reflexive response inside Washington isn’t to investigate — it’s to cover tracks and blame the messenger.
