(DC Pundit) – If you ever needed proof that the federal government runs on a two-tiered justice system, the Oversight Project just handed it to you, gift-wrapped with photographs.
The watchdog group forced the release of long-suppressed photos showing how the FBI handled Joe Biden’s classified documents during searches at the Penn Biden Center and Biden’s Wilmington home. The government fought tooth and nail to keep these images buried, which should tell you something right there. When bureaucrats work this hard to hide something, you can be pretty confident the public isn’t going to like what it sees.
Spoiler: they were right to be nervous.
“The pictures confirm what many suspected all along: Joe Biden got the kid-glove treatment, while President Trump was presumed guilty,” the Oversight Project said in a press release. The photos show FBI agents handling classified materials with visible care — “organized, contained, undisturbed, and literally wearing gloves.”

Now contrast that with the Mar-a-Lago raid, where agents famously scattered documents across the floor for cameras to capture. Those images were leaked and plastered across every front page within days, deliberately framing Trump as guilty before a single charge was filed. The Oversight Project put it plainly: “Two completely different postures — one designed to protect a reputation, the other to destroy one.”
The DOJ and FBI sat on these photos for years. Years.
Former Special Counsel Robert Hur, whose February 2024 investigation produced a 345-page report, found that Biden “willfully retained” classified information and that there is evidence Biden retained classified notebooks, “knowing he was not allowed to do so.” Despite all of that, Hur declined to bring charges. Biden’s reward for mishandling national security documents? Nothing. Not even a stern letter.
It gets better. Biden stored classified national security materials in a mudroom. No lock, no secure facility, just the same room where you kick off your boots after mowing the lawn. The DOJ saw nothing worth charging there either.
Let that sink in: federal bureaucrats fought us in court for years to keep these photos hidden from the American people.

The double standard here isn’t subtle, it’s glaring. Trump’s home was raided with theatrical flair and maximum media exposure. Biden’s sensitive materials, stored next to the garden hose, were handled like museum artifacts.
Two men. Two very different sets of rules.
