(DC Pundit) – Internal FDA emails released by Republican Sen. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin are painting a deeply troubling picture of what happened behind closed doors when federal health officials reviewed the deaths of children following COVID-19 vaccination, and the picture isn’t pretty.

According to the newly released documents, career staff at the Food and Drug Administration manipulated autopsy findings to reduce the number of children suspected of dying from the COVID vaccine. Two former FDA officials and a forensic pathologist who personally investigated two of the deaths have corroborated what the emails reveal.

Here’s where it gets even more alarming. Even after downplaying several of the suspected deaths, the FDA’s own Division of Pharmacovigilance recommended updating the labels on both the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines to warn the public about the risk of “myocarditis with fatal outcomes.” That label change never happened.

The timeline is damning. On Nov. 22, 2025, the FDA identified 10 pediatric deaths as probably or possibly connected to COVID-19 injections. Director of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research Vinay Prasad announced the figure in a Nov. 28 memo — later dubbed the “Black Friday memo” — calling for higher standards and “humility” from the FDA.

By Dec. 5, 2025, the story had changed. Officials had quietly downgraded three of those pediatric deaths from “probably” or “possibly” vaccine-caused to “un-assessable” or “unlikely.” Deputy Director of FDA’s Division of Pharmacovigilance Meghna Alimchandani celebrated the revision in a staff email, writing: “This was a MONUMENTAL effort from all of us, to do a diligent review while being bombarded with media articles on the subject.”

One former FDA official granted anonymity to discuss sensitive matters was blunt: “The career FDA scientists identified new safety information not on the label — that COVID-19 shots have caused deaths — that information should be added to the label, but has not been. During the heightened media scrutiny of this topic, scientists downcoded their initial impression of deaths. There is little desire for an accurate appraisal of Covid vaccine benefits and harms inside the agency.”

The justification used to downgrade several cases? Positive tests for parvovirus. Yale School of Medicine forensic pathologist James Gill, who personally conducted autopsies on two teenage boys who died of myocardial injury days after receiving their second dose of the Pfizer vaccine, called that reasoning a “red herring.”

Gill explained that parvovirus can be found in the tissues of roughly half the population, and that sensitive PCR tests can detect the virus years after the initial infection. Heart damage from parvovirus and heart damage observed after COVID vaccination also have entirely different histologies, different microscopic markers. “It’s like saying everyone with blue eyes must be excluded. It’s kind of arbitrary, I think,” Gill said. “It’s a red herring. Whether or not it was intentionally used as one, I don’t know, but certainly that would be a case of looking at the pathology.”

Gill added that neither the FDA nor the CDC ever reached out to discuss the cases with him, not in 2022 and not during the 2025 review. “Why would you even not want to discuss it with me professionally and sort it out?” he said. “I tried to engage them in that dialogue, and they shut it down, because they had already made up their mind that this was not a death due to the vaccine.”

The deaths themselves occurred in 2021 and 2022 but did not come to light until 2025, after President Trump took office. As a second former FDA official put it: “One wonders if there was internal pressure at the FDA during that time not to report these pediatric deaths in a timely manner.”

Johnson released the emails as part of a June 16 letter demanding answers about a recent $1.24 billion contract the CDC awarded to Pfizer for more COVID vaccines, despite bipartisan concerns about their safety. “CDC’s reported awarding of approximately $1.24 billion in new contracts to Pfizer for a vaccine linked to serious adverse events — including potentially the deaths of children — suggests CDC continues to fail to take its vaccine safety responsibilities seriously,” Johnson wrote.

The FDA, Pfizer, and Moderna did not respond to requests for comment. Shocking.

(DC Pundit) – Tulsi Gabbard saved one last gift for the American people on her final day as Director of National Intelligence, and it was a big one.

On her way out the door, Gabbard released what she described as “never-before-seen” documents exposing Dr. Anthony Fauci for lying to Congress and funneling millions in American taxpayer dollars into dangerous gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, research now widely regarded as the source of the COVID-19 pandemic that killed millions worldwide and upended the global economy.

“Before the COVID pandemic, Dr. Fauci, as head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, provided millions in US taxpayer dollars to fund dangerous gain-of-function research on bat coronaviruses at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, work which is now widely viewed as the source of the unintentional lab leak that sparked the pandemic,” Gabbard stated in a video announcement accompanying the declassification.

The newly released documents don’t just confirm what many conservatives have been saying for years, they reveal that Fauci actively worked to cover his tracks. According to Gabbard, a review of hundreds of emails shows that Fauci engaged in fraud and a cover-up with the intelligence community, directly contradicting sworn congressional testimony in which he denied ever discussing COVID-19 with the IC. His tactics, she said, were “straight from the deep state playbook.”

It gets worse. Fauci’s funding of gain-of-function research was allegedly “linked to big pharma and their pursuit of universal vaccines worth trillions of dollars.” He also reportedly worked as a “behind-the-scenes advisor” to manufacture a fraudulent intelligence community assessment claiming the COVID-19 virus had a natural origin, a conclusion that conveniently let him off the hook and that the mainstream media happily parroted for years while anyone who questioned it was labeled a conspiracy theorist.

“Politicized self-serving leaders like Dr. Fauci covered up their own wrongdoing and abuses of power, manipulated intelligence, lied to Congress, and undermined a duly elected president by restricting his access to the vital facts he needed to keep the country safe,” Gabbard said. “It’s time you know the truth.”

Senator Rand Paul, who has spent years taking Fauci apart in Senate hearings while the rest of Washington looked the other way, was quick to respond. Paul noted that he has referred Fauci to the Trump DOJ “MULTIPLE times” and noted that there is “more to come.”

On her last day, @DNIGabbard drops a bombshell with even more evidence of Fauci’s collusion with a politicized intelligence community.

For millions of Americans who lost loved ones, livelihoods, and years of their lives to COVID-19 and the disastrous policy response that followed, these documents represent long-overdue accountability. The only question now is whether the Department of Justice will finally do something about it.
